Total scam. They show canvases that in the listings are fully hung with internal stretchers noting that they are merely unframed, but what they really mean is they are just rolled canvas with no frame outside OR stretcher inside. They only offer to sell the stretcher after you have paid, don’t even show them in their catalog to not alert you to the fact that you aren’t getting one. Refuse to cancel orders even when immediately notified, even send fake tracking numbers to PayPal to try and lie to win disputes. These people are total scum, liars and thieves. DO NOT do business with them.

Awful Awful experience. Do not recommend!!!

They use images of artworks without authorisation of artists. They sell a print of one of my artworks, I warned them many times and ask them to stop, gave them the proof of copyright infringement, no response since, the product is still on their website, like many others stolen from other artists.

They sent a different picture to what I ordered and knew they had. Said I could keep it if I selected a different picture. Im now having a battle over a refund. Dont touch them with a barge pole

The item is described incorrectly and they acted as if I was stupid. Don't buy from them!!

this company is a ripoff. do not buy anything from them, you order a canvas on a frame ready to hang, but all you get after 12 weeks for delivery is a tube with a very poor quality print inside and for 51 pound

My order arrived on time hence 1 ⭐️ unfortunately I was not aware that it would come rolled up without a frame. Also flowers on print very pixelated and poor quality. Expensive for what I received and yes it’s a scam don’t bother with this company.

Purchased a print for a birthday. It took weeks to arrive and did not arrive on time. Have sent 8 emails asking for a refund. I received one response saying that a refund request had been issued, then nothing. I am really mad with the quality, the service and the lack of communication. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Still have not got my purchase weeks passed now not surprised as i have read the reviews .

Must agree with the other reviews, this product is not worth the money. Bad printing and assembly of the frame is too difficult and will leave you with a bad result.

Had a give 1 star to write review. Would like to give a minus - AVOID THIS COMPANY - they scam you - purchased a canvas - really poor quality print - tried several times to request refund - no one has come back to me - plus the item comes from China and took about 5 weeks to arrive too - really really poor - they should be removed from the sites as their marketing is so misleading - basically rubbish goods and no returns policy - don’t waste your money

but 49 pounds for a "DIY" frame is litterally a theft !
5 persons to just understand how the frame works, no nails, only double faced tape which is absolutely not efficient at all ! Poster just cut to fit the frame, not 1 cm more, we have to be 4 hands to try to hold the canvas over the frame, and once again, double faced tape is not a relevant solution to maintain the whole structure !!!!

Bad marketing. The pictures in their advertisement is wrongly presented and not representing the truth.
