I received my photo book back yesterday…
I received my photo book back yesterday November 5th 22 and I am very unhappy with the printing some of the pictures have been printed dark when I know 100% know all my pictures was fine because I made sure plus one person’s head is cut off and I know it was ok when I sent it I am far from happy with it
I have tried to get in touch with them on line and no one wants to get back to me 100% not happy I paid good money for a load of rubbish

Good quality
We created a book using our wedding photo's. The book arrived in the estimated timeframe, and everything was as we designed it in the desktop software. Really impressed by the quality of the book and the images.
Have gone on to have more copies of the same book printed for family.

Thankful
I have made various albums via CEWE and am always delighted with outcome. One has various options to decorate and colour, different quality paper and covers to choose from and the price is good, thus both scores good. I also use CEWE for printing of my photos and canvas...lovely. A happy customer. Also a must for me is that the program is easy to use, and has excellent guide lines, thanks for that. Till the next time.

I did not receive my order.
I did not receive my order.
Hours of work for a family photo book of our holiday for nothing. Customer Service replied fast but I had to get in touch 3 times until I asked them to give me back my money as there never was more information on the case. It happened the second time that a delivery (which is being paid for extra despite paying about 65€ for the photo book!) did not work out. We usually have no delivery issues with PostNL, so I have no idea how CEWE is sending their articles.
