Beautiful photo album, thanks!

I have been a client of CEWE for years and have been very pleased with the photo albums. I make 2 or 3 copies of the same book every year. The first copy is a sort of "proof reading" as I can then alter the positioning of the photos of the second or third book. There was a major error on my part for my year book for 2025. I had positioned the photo badly, cutting off the faces of the people in the photo. Fortunately, for my 2nd book, I can re-position the photo when I send it for re-printing. For that reason, as much as I would like to order 2 books at the same time, it is preferable that I "proof check" the first copy before ordering the second. Unfortunately, this does not allow me to benefit from the reduction of ordering more books at the same time.

1st test with a standard album to try out. Initially a bit tricky but quickly got hang of it . Ordered and fast delivery Super happy with quality will now start a second album.

Apparemment le photo horizon sur deux pages n'était dans les applications standard pour faire l'album de photo. ;-)

Mauvaise impression des photos sur les magnets : des bandes blanches sur 3 magnets apparaissent en bordure

My delivery was expected 19th Dec. On 18th Dec I received an email to say defects were found and they would be reprinted and therefore slightly delayed. I called Cewe on 19th Dec to find out if my items will still arrive before Christmas and was told they were currently being reprinted and would be shipped by 20th Dec. On 20th Dec my order is still showing as in production. I've tried calling Cewe and given up when I've been waiting for 20 minutes. I've requested a call back and heard nothing. I've emailed and heard nothing and I've tried contacting online help and gave up after waiting on the online chat for 30 minutes with no advisor ever joining the chat. Proving impossible to speak to anyone to find out anything and it's looking like my order placed on 15th Dec, in plenty of time for Christmas is not going to arrive

ETA after the response from Cewe below I emailed the address provided only to be given yet another auto email response! Plus my app is telling me that today is the last day to order for Christmas delivery, how very insulting when nobody will tell me where my existing order is!

Further edit because the fun continues! Had an email on the morning of Dec 21st to say it will be shipped today and I will receive email confirmation. In the evening I still had not heard so called again, only to be told it's still at the printers! I expected to receive this order 48 hours ago, I got told 72 hours ago that it was defective so being redone, and zero progress has been made in that time. Nobody actually offers any assistance, they just pass the buck to "later on" or "in the morning". Not one person has actually told me why my items still haven't been reprinted. Absolutely shocking!

I am trying to pursue this matter once and for all! And from my recent responce with yourself to my annoyance with your company, just to further my dissatisfaction the "telephone No" given is ither none Exsistant or just another excuse to not having the decency to Addresses this matter!

I’m using Cewe since 2022 and have created multiple photo books and calendars for myself and as presents for family and friends. Every single one of them is looking perfect!

This time I tried out a book with hard cover and printed on photo paper for my wedding pictures. The book looks incredible!

As a tradition, every year I prepare a photo album as a gift to my now 8 year old daughter. I Hope to keep this tradition until she grows to be an adult as she loves looking back into the photos of her early years. Cewe has always made it easy for me to produce these albums, in the most lovely colourful way possible, to surprise her. The fact that its software is very easy to use reassures me of the help i will get to edit my photos every year. Delivery is always reliable. I could not praise your services more than coming back to you every year.
