I don't want to keep the items i ordered they are cheap and nasty , but can't i get a return address, everything but , just want my money back but that doesn't look likely , SCAM if you order and like then that's fine but if you don't cat in hells chance of ever getting your money back !!!

Order arrived safely and on time . The quality was good. True to size. Better dress labels would be helpful. Will order again.

This company is a scam. The fabric looks and feels cheap, and is nothing like what the item looked like online. When I asked to return the item I purchased, I got a negotiation, not a refund: I was offered first $9, then $15, then $25 to just keep the shirt. The best and final offer was $30 to keep the shirt, or I could incur an expensive shipping fee to return it to their "only receiving warehouse" IN DUBAI (contrary to the representations on their website that they operate out the US)!

Easy to order and got my order fairly quickly

I did like the jumper although larger than expected and I bought a small. Had some weird bobble bits from the knitting machine.

Be sure you do want the item as they do not offer returns freely....only if damaged....make sure to read the website carefully.....also took about 2 weeks to arrive.

I had an allergic reaction to there fabric. They gave me a full refund..

customer service response is responsive. I received prompt replies to help me with a return.

Items were received but they quality and fit wasn't great so when I asked for a refund they have done everything they can to avoid this and I am still waiting for the details on where to send the item back to. Do not buy from them.

Do not buy from this company as I ordered a £60 jumper and it arrived with a large hole in the front and they refuse to provide a refund.
Totally ignore emails and cut you dead.

The dresses are so cute! I ordered 4. Two fit perfectly, 2 did not fit well. Will return for refund.
