Failed voucher, failed support

I have purchased a voucher for my VCTA exam, the voucher bounced. I have since sent three email to get some support, but heard nothing back. I have heard people say that their voucher worked no problem, and I believe that. Its just that as soon as it goes awry is when the company seems to fail.
