Absolutely amazing. I got my 5 months kitten spayed yesterday and I was a nervous wreck. The whole staff has been amazingly supportive throughout, answering all of my questions (by phone and in person) and going above and beyond to make both me and my kitty feel comfortable and welcome. Lovely, empathetic humans all around. I could not reccommend them more! Thank you so much, really 💜
