We go above and beyond standard food grade requirements. Every lot is tested by our local producers for heavy metals and microbiological safety before it ever ships to us, and we verify those results through third-party testing. No unsafe levels of heavy metals have ever been found in our salt. Because we test every lot we produce, we know our levels are well blow thresholds set by the FDA and international standards, and we are compliant with California Prop 65. This is my favorite salt
This is my favorite salt, recommended to me by a doctor many years ago. I'm trying to reduce the plastic in my life and so was happy to find a larger bulk source. If you start using plant based, back yard compostable packaging, I'll be even happier.

Single Serve Packets
I really enjoy using the single serving packets. However, the price for them is quite high. Would you ever consider using a paper or a recycled material for the packet to reduce costs? I'd buy plenty more if so!
