Was disappointed when I was given…
Was disappointed when I was given delivery dates for my device that will be within 48hrs. Only to find that after they told me the device was on stock. 2 weeks down the line after taking efforts to force them to give me explanation. They sent me an email telling me the device was out of stock. And they can't order another. And took another process to recover my money. I had a bad experience

Perfect experience. I’m a bit on the fence about the whatsapp based support line and I would prefer for your waybill number to be made available to you from the get go, but its minor and easy to fix issues.

I was not notified when my order was delivered to the store. Poor delivery tracking. Take an example from TFG group deliveries. They are exceptionally good.

Good shopping service🙂, No to their insurance👎!
Fast efficient delivery. Therefore good service from the store and courier. They even call to check up on each step in the process.
However, the Mobile insurance team I wouldn't recommend. Their worded policy document is dull and their agents can't answer questions.
