Consider Cellbreaker a Lifesaver

I heard about CellBreaker and contacted them about not having to pay ETF's to get out of a contract with Sprint. They were excellent to guide me every step of the way. Paying their fee for the two phones I had was small change compared to what the ETF's would have been. Sprint really balked at releasing me, harassed me with collection agencies, ignored correspondence to finalize my account. I know if CellBreaker had not been there to support I would have been stuck with Sprint whose service had deteriorated so badly I could not get it when needed. About 6 months after moving to Consumer Cellular, I received a call from my husband. I was in a local area that previously when using Sprint he could not reach me. He was telling me he was calling 911 because he felt something was wrong. He had a massive heart attack, was eventually air flighted to a Houston, and almost died. I realize some may think this review is overly dramatic. It is a true and accurate account of why I am so glad CellBreaker was there for me.

A real review of cellbreaker

Don't know for sure, but the reviews I read here (along with those pictures!) don't strike me as genuine. Be sure to search for "cellbreaker review" before doing business with them...learn about my very expensive (and very real) experience with them. My recommendation: avoid cellbreaker and get your new cell carrier to pay any ETF you face.

You are the best!

I did not use CellBreaker to break a contract, but I did use it to monitor my account. Someone hacked my cell phone account online and decided to get a few cell phones for themselves with unlimited data, talk, and text. I got an email alert from CellBreaker asking me if I made recent changes to my account. I most certainly had not. You would think a cell company would be able to figure out that I would never send 6 cell phones to Jakarta. Well, as you have probably guessed, I was not charged for the phones or services; but for them to NOT catch it? That’s very strange, so now I am thinking about using CellBreaker to switch carriers. Even though the shipped cell phones in my name, outside of the country, I am responsible for the early termination fee of $225 because of their deplorable customer service.

Excellent Services!

I was looking to break from Sprint, since their services were slow. I mean, Sprint’s commercial was effective at focusing on getting your monthly bill cut in half because their cell reception sucked. CellBreaker was a site worth checking out because of this painful experience. If you are interested in breaking your cell phone contract, I highly recommend them; however, my only wish was that I wasn’t required to switch with ANOTHER cell phone company. They made up for this disappointing chain, by helping me avoid a hefty cancellation fee. Their service was quick, and the money I saved was enough for me to overlook the extra day they took. They worked to make sure that I received the best return from their services. They guaranteed that I they would make sure I was receiving the best price and they double checked my new cell phone contract. I highly recommend their services, for sure!
