We went to Rhyl today on the of change of finding a phone tge shop was that good we both ended up changing our phone. Was very kind and helpful too.we was give a very good deal on our old phone. And did not charge us to stop over all our information from one phone to another.will be going back as and when new phones are needed .

I popped into Cell Tech after I was quoted £100 in the shopping centre for a replacement screen.
The guy reset my locked screen in less than a minute, free of charge, it didn`t need replacing after all. I was over the moon and would recommend these people 100%. I`ll certainly go back there in the future.

Sorry if the review is long to read but it’s important to understand why , I sent my new iPhone in for a replacement back glass of which it was repaired but the torch never worked after the repair so when I called it was explained that they must of damaged that part so they ordered this but in the time of me returning I actually then broke the front screen with this the guys made no fuss and replaced then the front screen while fixing the part that they had actual had broken at no added costs, I decided not to use this phone for some months but when I decided to re use it then the screen was down so I then returned back to cell tech and it was apparent the screen was broken but not the glass part so they repaired this and now everything is good and the guys never charged me for this of which this would of been a argument in many place but not at cell tech so all in all this is a really good old fashioned valued place with great business integrity well done and many thanks Mark Smythe

My experience wasn't great unfortunately. Received two Samsung phones which were faulty and people could not hear me and I couldn't hear them. Last week I was told they would post this wee. Now, bear in mind that I have been without a phone all this time. Today I sent my 3rd message and today I receive a reply saying they'll post next week, which is what was said last week. Very dissappointed, regret buying second hand phone, expected a working phone at least.

Having problems charging my trusty Iphone 7.
