Really helpful purchase process
Really helpful purchase process - I needed to tweak my policy after realising I'd made an error - and Roozbeh was super friendly on the phone. He took the initiative to talk to me about an annual policy which has worked out more cost effective. Great work - here's hoping I never use the policy though!

Susie was really pleasant and helpful, checking what was included in my cover and agreeing to my postal request for my policy, ensuring she was managing my expectations by checking my date of travel.
