I tried to buy a CD key for Borderlands 2 Season Pass. I signed up, placed the order, and paid through PayPal. No problem. I've done this many times before with other websites. After my money left my PayPal account, these people decide to send me an email asking to send them a picture with my name on it.
After a lengthy conversation with a rep in chat, they refunded me. I would have just preferred to get the key. I shouldn't have to send them any more. They had my money.
And now, Paypal has decided to put a hold on my refund while they investigate.
Thanks cdkeyexpress for wasting my time.

Cd key revoked...
Company sent me a cd key that was bound to be banned, i contacted them and they gave me a new cd key which is working for now, I hope it will stay that way, next time i just start a dispute with paypal for not offering the item description which was 100% VALID and LEGAL cd key. One thing I should add is that their customer support is very good if you catch them online that is, all I asked the customer support representative was why was my cd key banned and he immediately gave me a new one, sure it made me wonder whether they were expected this to happen, but still they were very prompt.
