Monitor order - Money taken - No inoice - No order number
Today i order an monitor and i did not received the invoice neither the order number. for many time i access my account on CDiscount and my order did not appear there. I tried to get in touch with them by WhatsApp, without success and and phone call, where a i kindly asked if the girl speaks English, and she said no, and then i said to wait moment for me use the translator to help the conversation, after 2 seconds she turn off the call. Now the only evidence that i got is the bank statement movement that i paid the monitor. By now, no monitor and no money.
