Damaged grip tape on delivery
My wife purchased Andy Anderson grip tape from them as a Christmas present for me. Unfortunately, the grip tape arrived damaged. When I tried to exchange it, their website was entirely automated, with no option to contact a real person. Exchanges were not allowed, and returning the item required me to pay for a shipping label, even though the damage was not my fault.
TLDR: They sent a damaged product and still expect you to pay to return it.
Do not purchase from this company
Do not purchase through this company. Purchased 2 pairs of shoes from them, the items were NOT listed as final sale, so they were eligible for return at the time of purchase. Shoes took a while to receive, they didn't fit, went to start a return only to be told they became final clearance items and were no longer eligible for return. Customer service was absolutely no help and rude. Do not purchase from this company!
UPDATE: As a final attempt with customer service, I sent them the screenshot of the shoes where the price was not in red, nor was it listed as a final sale item. They provided a one time courtesy to return the items. It was several attempts to get here and luckily I had proof of when I purchased.

I arranged a return through their website, the system gave me a tracking number, I returned everything on time and in the same box in which the clothes were originally delivered, but they refuse to refund my money, even though the tracking number shows that the delivery was successful. They have refused to contact me for almost six months. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them, even though I was a regular customer in their offline stores.

The return policy is extremely disappointing. I purchased a pair of Nike SBs that ran a full size small. I only tried them on and returned them immediately, yet I was only issued a 50% refund. The company claimed the shoes were worn, which is simply not true. As a result, I feel misled and unfairly treated. Buyer beware.

I placed an order that did not ship on the next business day, even though CCS used to offer a 10% late-shipment refund for such cases. Their support first acknowledged this policy and explained how it works, but later denied it existed at all.
I spent time explaining the timeline and was met with changing answers. If CCS has quietly removed this discount, they should clarify it publicly — not contradict their own emails.
International customers, double-check their policies carefully.
Custom Deck , Great customers service
I ordered a custom deck and the team reached out immediately and asked for me to removed the copywrite images. I did so and resubmitted it. They werent upset or rude about it, that was me being naive. The staff is super responsive and the price was in my budget. Although the deck was shipped via Ontrac (never had a good exp. with them) It was delivered same week I ordered ! Outside my apt. but luckily It wasnt snatched up. The deck print looks great and they even stained the top of my board to match my color scheme. It doesnt stop there , the middle pressed deck is stained with another color that I build my custom around ! Thats detail. Im ordering again from them! Should have ordered 2 one for my wall and one to ride.Thanks CCS

Did not receive anything
Placed an order of around 600 USD. Unfortunately I have never received anything. When contacting they told me to contact UPS. But they said same thing; that I have to contact CCS for it.
So I had a lot of frustration and it seems like I have just donated my money to CCS.
Never again I order here!!!!
CCS hides their 1 and 2 star reviews…
I was asked to leave a product review and so I did. Weeks later, and it has not appeared on their website. Looking through their products and I discovered that CCS hides their 1 and 2 star reviews from their products. Shady.
Use a different company
I signed up for the 15% off but on checkout, there was nowhere to input it. I bought 6 complete skateboards. There is no way to contact them on the website. I will never use them again and I suggest you don't either.

Website barely functions. Doubt they care like most companies, since everyone keeps buying. I'm personally all set, if a company can't show me enough respect to present things to me in a proper fashion, then I will keep my money, and integrity and shop with someone who cares, and appreciates, my money, and time.

Package was TERRIBLY packed. Skateboard came with a cracked tail and nose, missing skate tool and had a few blems on the board but was listed as full price board. Tried for a week to get a hold of these guys to no reply. Submitted a dispute and got my money back. Will never order from these scammers again - BUYER BEWARE!

This company sent a pair of shoes that came in a less than acceptable manner. The fully refunded me for the product and handled the issue immediately. Extremely impressed with them.
Firstly CCS+ is worth it if you order a…
Firstly CCS+ is worth it if you order a lot but it’s an over sell and under deliver. 2 day shipping on soft goods. 3 day on hard goods and I’ve never had an order ship anything other than ground. Not the carrier is delayed or slow just that they are shipping it ground and not 2 days so guess what you won’t have in 2 days? Your order, they also buy themselves some time by also selecting only weekday delivery so even if you could have had your order Saturday, you’ll get it Monday.
They jack up the price of everything 5-15%, new vans $90 on vans, $94.99 on ccs. Keep in mind too that the msrp is a profit mark up, they are getting wholesale discount on the products so its just squeezing you for extra just to do it.
Customer service is basically non existent, despite being such a large online shop it seems everything is still just being handled in shop by whoever gets around to it. I have only once gotten a response via email, after I dug up the email that’s not listed on the site, and I believe it was 5 days before I got a response and that was the only response I got.
That being said they do have a wide range of their own branded products and they are reasonably priced or they usually have a deal on them and so far from bags, to clothes, to decks, to trucks, to wheels, they’ve all been awesome, zero complaints with their house brand stuff.
They are kind of sticklers on what they will and won’t print on custom decks, I get it but at the same time who cares. Is Disney really going to somehow know that one random deck is being skated by some random person and somehow know it came from ccs and sue them? Doubtful
