Ticketing system fails to score!

Coventry City’s new eticketing “forward to a friend” feature is not fit for purpose and will drive you mad!
This is the most irritating and flawed ticketing system I’ve ever used.
All looks good at the front end and if you simply want to buy a Coventry City ticket it works quite well - however - try using the ticket forwarding feature and it’s a whole new ball game!
Firstly you need to nominate someone on a list to enable you to transfer tickets to - that in itself take a PHD in computer science to figure out how to do it - then - after 45mins and lots of Googling and managing to nominate someone (this was overly difficult) guess what? The system frustrates you once more and doesn’t allow you to transfer to them and kicks you out at the final hurdle!
Over 2 days I’ve sent almost the length of a football match trying to transfer my own ticket to a friend and family member.
My seat will now be empty for the next Coventry home game - out of principle I will not put my ticket into the ticket exchange system to allow someone I don’t know to take my seat when I wanted a family member or friend to take it.
This system is unnecessarily difficult to use!
This ultimately leaves you feeling frustrated and irritated with the football club which is not how you want to feel - something that should be straightforward and a pleasure to use actually leaves you feeling quite hard done by!
What a shame.

They pressed a youth size patch on an adult jersey and refused to correct it.

I purchased a 26/27 adult away jersey and opted to upgrade the premiership patch for this newly promoted club. I was very letdown when I received my order due to the fact they pressed a youth size patch on the sleeve of my adult medium jersey. I reached out to the club store and sent images of my jersey in comparison to other pl patch jerseys I own clearly showing the CCFC patch is half the size of a player size patch which comes standard for ALL adult jerseys. Instead of an apology and effort to fix their mistake the representative with their online shop doubled down writing…

"Looking at the jerseys, I think this is correct, some clubs use player patches on their jerseys for some reason but are usually only used for players and are made much larger so this can be seen on TV or from the stands when watching matches. The patches as standard are either adult or youth which looks in line with the one you have on your jersey."

If this was the case how is it that ALL of my other Premier League jerseys all have the player size patch? To add to my frustration I had to pay exorbitant fees including shipping, duties, and tariffs as an international customer. I’m very disappointed Conventy City FC. Hopefully you will take my review into consideration and apply the appropriate size patch to the appropriate jersey.
