Thats not quite true is it? I attempted to contact yourself and the company multiple times and eventually my insurers had to contact you. At no point did you update me on whether I had done anything wrong or needed to provide anymore information on the issue with the paddles not turning when it was switched between speeds. You actually and I quote said 'can I grab your postcode and ill see if it can get collected and looked at today' at no point did I get any replies so you can say the 'warranty was voided' but its rubbish and you know it. What a shame that youd try and rip off a small business who trusted in your company and products.
Review - Would NOT recommend this company! My planetary Mixer broke under warranty and the company hung me on a string over it being fixed because it was 2 months away from the warranty expiring. I sent all proof/videos etc out to show the issues and he lied and said he'd booked the part to be delivered and an engineer to come out. This never happened and he kept lying and saying the part was stuck overseas. Was back and forth for months and eventually had to replace the mixer. It was less than 12 months old when it broke! The owner of the company was still posting on social media and ignoring all my texts/emails and eventually when I commented on his social media posts he blocked me.
Awful company and the director needs to take accountability. He replied to all my messages when I was recommending the company even asking if id do some reviews on my Tiktok to promote his company. I definitely WOULDNT recommend

Thank you for your review. The warranty conditions were not honoured by the manufacturer as you had failed to engage the services of a catering engineer to provide a report for the parts to be provided. The unit was supplied with a parts only warranty. We had ordered the parts we believed to be required, as a gesture of goodwill, but this was negated by your attempted claim against us through your insurance company, who did not pursue further upon receiving our communications.
