We chose Charters because of a strong recommendation from a friend.
From the first meeting we felt that the company's approach was very comprehensive and reassuring.
The presentation of our home was very well handled and pleasing and the attention of Mark Dryhurst and the team of agents in Winchester was much appreciated.
After the accepted offer the team in Southampton handled the onward process with courtesy and kindness especially from our contact Jo Goddard.
We would in our turn also recommend Charters.

Been with C Carters Estate Agentsor 7 years Always fount best...

This is not a legit business and anyone who has ever worked there are unprofessional and liars. I rented a property via them and had i not had to contact the owners daughter, the owner would never have know his property had been let as no money had been forwarded to him. AVOID AVOID AVOID unless you want to be screwed up and screwed out of your cash

Another estate agent who are sending out mail touting for business like the parasites they are!

They have taken on a similar property up the road and haven't sold that, so why would I choose you.. They also are breaking the Property Ombudsman code as they now operate from a private house but still have the office in Wisbech as their registered address. That property is EMPTY and has been for months.

Amateur outfit run by Sharon Carter. No wonder the Holbeach branch closed.

Avoid this bunch at all costs.

Double booked my viewing. Reluctant to contact the landlord regarding my queries. Weren't clued up on recent changes in the industry. Avoid.

Myself and my son used Carters to purchase a house in Redmoor Lane Wisbech. We asked the owner Sharon if she could recommend a local tradesman to undergo the work needed. She Recommended a con man called Stacey Smith who is currently in prison for fraud. She said she had used him for 11 years as he worked to a high standard and was trustworthy. Not only did this guy run off with £4,000 of our money but everything he touched we had to pay someone else to put right. He was a total nightmare and the guy has been interviewed inside for similar offences. When i challenged Sharon she went on to change her story that she hardly knew the guy, really so why recommend him and how can you not know him after 11 years lol. I looked in her shop window and discovered that it was closed down, when i called her she said she had expanded and had moved into larger premises but as you can see if you google the registered address its her house. She could not recommend this guy more highly until it ended in tears, then she claimed that she hardly knew him. Totally unacceptable she should have at least tried to make it up to us.
