Avoid CBUS as your super provider. We regret having CBUS being forced on us as our super provider. They completely lack any customer service capability, clearly uninteretsed in helping their members navigate the complexity of the superannuation environment. Despite being unable to answer our questions on the phone, being passed from one department to another (completely wasting our time), promising a followup call the next day but not honouring that promise, and then not responding to our website enquiry as our final attempt to get answers from them. Unforgivable, unprofessional and unreliable. A big A -.
