Extremely Disappointed – Faulty Machine & Poor Support

We’ve been struggling with a malfunctioning cotton candy machine from Guangzhou Chuanbo Information Technology Co. Ltd. for over three months now, and the experience has been beyond frustrating.

The machine has never worked properly — despite:

Changing settings over 20 times

Trying 3 different types of candy

Endless video calls with their tech support (which have gone nowhere)

They’ve failed to provide any real solutions, and worst of all, they refuse to issue a refund for what is clearly a faulty product.

Save yourself the stress, time, and money — do not buy from this company. The support is all talk and no action. For a business like ours that relies on reliable equipment, this has been a huge letdown.

Avoid at all costs.
