I always receive a personal and helpful service from Caxtons. In this regard I would specifically mention Mark Spriggs, my day to day contact as regards property management and Neil Chatterton who advises on and assists with property acquisitions.

I found the agents to be very knowledgeable, engaging, friendly and approachable. They were able to answer any questions I had and were happy to spend time explaining things clearly. All in all a quick pleasant experience that helped me move in asap.

You will find it very difficult to find a better MA service that Caxton's offer. I have been a director of our Residents Co., for 20+ years and, in this time, Caxton's service to Leaseholders and tenants has always been first class. If you call or email, Caxton's are always very prompt in resolving any issues that occur.

These comments relate to commercial insurance service received. There was good notice given before renewal date together with alternative quotes. Attention was drawn to any aspects that needed to be specifically looked at. The renewal process was carried out professionally and in accordance with client standing instructions. Help was readily given to resolve any glitches or unintended actions. The company obviously has good relations both with insurers and clients, which enables a worry-free renewal process with personalised service.

Susan Howes has been an excellent employee of Caxtons and I am sorry she is leaving.
Susan is courteous, efficient and very professional. I only had to give an instruction once and Susan expeditiously carried it out.
She will be an asset wherever she goes and I wish her well!

I have been a tenant for 3 and a half years and I have had no issues at all! Holly was always very helpful with any noise complaints or any leaks etc within the flat and always responded in a timely manner! I was always treated with respect and kindness which was very refreshing and made renting so much nicer. From the beginning of my tenancy to now, I have always been kept up to date with any changes and important information, and I have never felt confused with anything. Now my tenancy is ending, I have been explained the process clearly, and know what needs to happen.
Holly has always been so helpful and friendly to me and I just want to thank her for being so amazing!!

The professional but friendly way my application was handled.

Hi I own a flat in Bexley Kent. I had to commission a report at my own expense to get any reaction from Caxtons regarding rising damp after 12 months of complaining . The builders did two days work in a month and actually made it worse. I couldn’t get any reply to emails or phone calls from the so called property manager . In the end I asked for the builders mobile to deal directly. Two months have now passed and Caxtons are refusing to complete all the work the report highlighted.The manger emailed and has washed his has of the remaining problems blaming the builders. The builders have left all their rubbish in the garden and the quality of work is a poor standard. I emailed the next level of management but I got a pathetic reply saying they would speak to his manager. Nothing changed in a month so I have emailed his boss in the hope that he gives a s!?t. I’ll keep you posted

Amazing group of ladies. I mostly went through Emma, Sarah and Hannah but they were all so friendly and worked so well with us to make the process easier. Fantastic communication too.

Sarah was helpful with any questions I had to ask and was very supportive. Overall she was lovely to work with :) and made the experience moving home easier.

Recently moved into my flat at Hillside Court and I had a few problems and I was unsure of some procedures however after speaking with Mr Necchi on the phone they was all ironed out quickly.

Not only did he email me after the call to make sure he covered all points but he was quick to my aid which is fantastic!
