Great on-line & in-store experience
I’ve ordered many dress-shirts, trousers and colberts at Cavallaro Napoli: always a speedy delivery, solid packaging and a great quality. Their on-line experience is as good as their in-store experience. Highly recommended.

Monthly harassment
They continuously harass you monthly with physical emails. There is no option to turn it off.
Customer service is a joke because they don't do anything about it. If you shop here, do not do it online unless you like being harassed.
Their products are decent. Lots of stitching sticking out, though. And the stitching at the back of the pants tears easily.
Very steep price for mediocre products and monthly unavoidable harassment.

I felt enagement of the person who took care of my order.
