I love this site. Not only do they let you know in advance what releases they will soon carry, but they also organize them in an easy-to-find manner. They are the best when it comes to prices, shipping, and just being overall great!

It is my first time and pretty sure it will not be the last time I will be ordering from here! Navigating the website was very easy and even tho I made a mistake in the shipping address I was able to email them to please help me amend it and they responded right away! Shipping was so fast not even a week since I ordered my items and I already have them with me. Everything was carefully packaged and I liked the bubble wrapping as well :)

Wrapped up safely and careful very happy with everything

Packaging was over the top in the best way possible. Package had no bends or curves even with the US’s terrible distribution system. I ordered on December 28th and got it January 14th. That’s a little over 2 weeks. Better than Amazon by a million percent. Definitely will be using this again over other platforms. Only thing I would change if I had to was the amount of updates but that is no problem at all. Other than that absolutely perfect!

Very satisfied with Catchopcd. Their customer service is as excellent as people say and they responded to my enquiries within hours. Once I'd purchased, my order was processed almost immediately and frequent tracking updates were available. My albums arrived in perfect, undamaged condition in less than a week with all listed inclusions (including first press posters)and a ton of bubble wrap! Considerably cheaper, faster and more communicative than any other online K-pop store. If I had to improve one small feature, it would be to make an option to select the version of the album before adding it to cart. I would gladly purchase from Catchopcd again and am glad to have discovered it!

They were very quick with the shipping, even faster than Amazon and the prices were fair, they don't try to price-gouge like other similar companies do, and the package was wrapped with the utmost care to ensure the product couldn't be damaged. I was extremely impressed by this company and I wish I could purchase from them more but unfortunately they do not always have ATEEZ merch/products, if they did have more ATEEZ items then I would become a regular customer because this company is 100% the most reliable, affordable, and caring store on the internet.

Customer service was very helpful, and helped me get the album versions I wanted, answered any questions I had. Lots of real time updates via email about the status of my order. There was fast international, delivery, lots of bubble wrap and safe packaging. But this is both good and bad for me because the album arrived safely but it feels wasteful to use that much bubble wrap, plus it was wound quite tightly on the albums so was difficult to remove without damaging the larger albums whilst recording the unboxing in case of any defects. Small coupons come after ordering, but lots of discounts and cheap albums, shipping is reasonably priced. Overall would recommend to international K-Pop fans.
