They just had to go and try to improve it. Ruined a good cereal. Now I can't eat it anymore. too many added corn ingredients and they lowered the fiber so the carb count is too high now as well. The very people who originally supported your company are now squeezed out and left with nowhere to turn to. Guess it's back to searching. I can't even count how many bags I've purchased in the past. sorry but it's very frustrating and upsetting . Also just to note this new recipe absolutely did make my blood sugar go up a lot ! , I have two devices I use to test. You cannot appeal to the general public and people who are diabetic and have health issues. Saying it has no sugar is a lie when it turns into sugar when you eat it. you could use allulose which helps your body use sugar and doesn't cause disregulation long term like other fake sweetners and take out the corn and other unhealthy ingredients. Make a genuinely healthy cereal/ snack. maltodextrin is another sneaky ingredient that is 3x worse than sugar for blood levels of glucose but it's not even listed as a sugar or a carb. I know it's not in this cereal but it's in some of your other products so I wanted to let you know. Thank you for your time

I do not recommend purchasing from these snakes under any circumstances. I can say from personal experience that they do not care about their customers, their workers, or the quality of their products.

The cereal tasted so bad I feel this must be some type of scam company. Usually if something taste bad I'll just eat it and never order or buy it again, this tasted so bad i had to throw it out after 3 bites.

The company doesn’t give the option to:
1. Remove credit/debit card info from site
2. Cancel order
3. Speak with a human; only email
I don’t like how I can’t cancel an order I didn’t and don’t want and didn’t know was being ordered.

Why they don’t allow customers to remove financial information is shady and untrustworthy. I’ll never order from their website again. It’s too scammy.

You have to cancel each invidual item in a subscription, pressing cancel/continue SIX times before you can actually cancel it. It’s quicker and easier to subscribe to items, though.
I’m disappointed in their business practices and advise anyone to order via Amazon or your local grocery store if you decide to buy them.
Im calling my bank tomorrow to dispute the charge.

The product was not great, and overpriced. OK that's fine just cancel the subscription and don't buy anymore....wrong 2 years after I canceled they start billing me again! This company scams subscribers, keeps the CC on file and bills years after you cancel expecting you won't notice!

Absolutely NOT recommended for Type 2 diabetics. This garbage makes my blood sugar go OFF THE CHARTS every time. Claiming this is "diabetes friendly" is like saying smoking is perfectly fine. It's just corporate nonsense. This is over-priced, over-hyped TRASH.

Catalina crunch cereal has coconut oil. Why would you put coconut oil, also known as saturated fat and being the number one killer in the nation also known as heart disease.

I mistakenly subscribed to a monthly order. they keep charging me and sending product that I no longer want every month. They have a fake Customer Service tele # that is infuriating. They are not accessible on line. All of my efforts to cancel have failed.
I am about to file complaints to Visa, the Better Business Bureau and Amazon.

Horrible GI distress due to chocolate bars and they wouldn't even acknowledge the issue or give me a refund when I emailed repeat times. An excellent way to create a detractor out of someone who was a loyal customer. Please please avoid these chocolate bars

Would NOT recommend. I never received my $33 order and I wait very patiently because I know things take time these days. Waited an entire month for my first subscription and it never came. Said it was delivered yet it was not! I have door bell cameras and not one delivery was made the day it claimed it was delivered. Contacted then and asked where my stuff was or I wanted a refund and they said no refunds it said it was delivered. Ok cool so now I've learned after they stole my money is. . . . They say I'm a liar and they are keeping my money. I un subscribed so fast. It's a dang shame I provide you with every bit of proof and you still call me a liar. I will never do business with this joke of a company ever.

I purchased and did not like. I refused next shipment. They said they didn't get my return. They are liars and thieves!!! Do not purchase. It's a SCAM COMPANY!!! It tastes horrible. Don't know how they sleep at night!!!

I've got more leftover Catalina Crunch products than I know what to do with. I'm tempted to give it to my dog, but I imagine that'll probably be a bad idea. Their products are just gross, frankly. It's not just fake food, it's diet versions of fake foods, which I suppose I can't be too mad about.

I subscribed in July in order to place an order, then cancelled immediately after receiving the shipment. I just noticed that I was charged for a second shipment 10/30. The contact phone number that showed up on my credit card info just went to someone's private voice mail. Their website has no record of my account, so it appears to have been cancelled on that end but I was still charged $46.75 and am worried I will continue to be charged repeatedly for an inactive account.

Best snack ever. Taste great & satisfying! It's my must go to, after a long day to unwind snack.

High protein high fiber cereal, great for bodybuilding when you're tired of drinking protein shakes. Why not supplement with something tasty and edible? I like to buy them in bulk whenever they go on sale.

I purchased the dark chocolate cereal. The picture and description looked very appealing. It was inedible. Tasted nothing like chocolate and was so dry it clumped in my mouth. They have no return or refunds available.

You cancel your subscription but they still charge and send you product.
No number to call!
You have to email. Only way to stop them from charging is to cancel the card on file. System will not let you delete card.

Catalina Crunch has the worst customer service ever!
I wrote them because I just received my 4 box order in July and one box expires in August, and another has a date I can't read. You are advised to eat only 1 a day initially, which means I would be forced to eat every day and only the one flavor! Basically they told me tough luck! Will never order from them again, expecially since the cost is $49 for 4 boxes!

DISGUSTING taste with a disgusting aftertaste. This wouldn’t even work for someone desperate for a “cereal experience”.

Just curious why are u buying direct from the company when you can buy cheaper in the store. And don’t have to worry about them scamming you. Walmart sells 3 flavors for $7.00 s bag. Sprouts just had a sale on all flavors for $6.00 a bag. I would never spend $10.00 to $12.00 for that cereal, it’s ok but not that great. Atkins should come out with a ceral.
