So ive been playing on this site for a few weeks and I would not recommend it. The slots are unbelievably dead all the time for me, like I deposited today and got a 50% match up bonus which was nice but I did 80 spins before i got annoyed and went off and 79 were dead spins and that just how it goes for. I get maybe 1 or 2 spins that aren't dead in like 300 spins if im lucky I get 5 spins that ain't dead but its just ridiculous unfair. Now I know there is no guarantee that you'll win anything but for my deposits and match bonuses to last 3/4 minutes is absolutely wild, i dont mind losing as ive lost over 50k in the past 10 years but I find it incredibly boring how the medium volatile slot my favourite slot is completely dead on every deposit and for that I say stay far away it is boring and not any fun whatsoever. It's 10.30am and still no live chat. Withdrawal stalled because they only gave me an option to withdraw to debit card which has not been active or used for years. I want to share my honest experience so other players are aware of what really happens when you win consistently. ( CAUSHI WONT REOPEN MY ACCOUNT COZ THEY SAYS BUSINESS DECISION)
Within the last two months, I withdrew a total of £27,000 across Bettom, Betmaster and Golden Bet. I never breached any rules, I completed all KYC checks, and all withdrawals were processed successfully.
However, the pattern is always the same:
• Once you prove you are a profitable player
• Once you withdraw regularly and do not chase losses
• Once the casino realises you are not a long-term losing customer
You are either hit with ridiculous limits (for example £183 monthly loss limits), or your account is closed entirely under vague “business decision” reasons.
Let’s be honest:
This has nothing to do with responsible gambling.
I am not a losing player.
I am not showing signs of harm.
I am not chasing deposits.
These limits and closures are clearly designed to protect the casino, not the player.
If affordability checks were genuinely about safety, then profitable players would not be punished for winning. The reality is that when a player shows high winning potential, casinos simply stop offering a fair playing environment.
UKGC casinos constantly claim they are “fair and transparent”, yet in practice:
• Losing players are welcomed
• Winning players are restricted or removed
I strongly advise anyone considering these casinos to understand this risk:
