Family have used this app for years in the past but unfortunately when issues arise, they’re never really solved. Communication is important but sadly it is very bad with this site.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. The back and forth emails are frustrating, how can you not have one specific agent dealing with an issue instead of having multiple people handle the matter only to ask for an explanation again.
Communication is horrific and not dealt with in a timely matter.
Automated replies are just as frustrating. Online chat does nothing to resolve the matter either

I believe this site is acting in a…

I believe this site is acting in a scamming way for over 2 months I’ve been trying to resolve a issue. I don’t recieve or am allowed to opt in to promos or get bonuses after deposits or after spends which they offer on there promo page I’m owed numerous bonuses have deposited significant funds can not access the daily free spin.
Was told 2 months ago the problem was moved to a priority and will be resolved in 48hrs. Now today been told it’s still not sorted don’t know when it will be sorted and they they will notify when it is. They are clearly not doing anything there acting fraudulently taking funds after offering bonuses on deposits ect and not issuing the bonuses or promos they use as bait.
Very poor and disgusting service .

The Company got complained to over a week ago and have refused to reply to emails asking for updates. This is after we told them we were at a mental age of 7. My bank has advised me to do chargebacks but waiting till 7 working days as then they have no excuse

Unpaid withdrawal

Update- You contacted me via email after I posted here on Trustpilot not before.

I have given you a photo/copy of my passport, 2 letters of proof of address, you have my bank account details.

Now you're requesting a copy of my bank statement, really why is this required?
That's a personal document that contains my private financial details.

Your quick to take money but you then put blockers to withdraw any money!

What I have given should be more than enough to prove my identity and my home address.

I use other online casinos and none of them request a copy of my banking statements.
I'm not comfortable giving you or anyone else for that matter a copy of a personal bank statement!

As for your chat system, It doesn't work as soon as I mention the issue it withdrawal.....

It's ridiculous!

I made a withdrawal on the 31st of February and until now I have not received the funds!

The live chat doesn't help and the email helpline comes up as not being a valid email address....

Scammed and no way to fix it...

First time deposited £100 by Apple Pay, while paying game suddenly my account been blocked and I have £146 in there, I went to withdrawal since 4/02/2026 at 10:51am, they’ve refunded money back to my Apple Pay wallet and it’s been declined twice after that I’ve sending an email asking about my withdrawal fund £146 none of them replied my email, and I also sending lots of documents to them such like a bank statement PDF,card etc. they’ve just rejected all my documents , they’re asking for bank statements transitions link with Apple Pay, and i can’t give it because that money still pending, and he’s said I have to wait till get that statement they wanted, literally this is a con they’re trying to scam you every single ways they could, this casino CASUMO need to be closed down in the UK, today it 08/02/2026 Still cannot get my own money back.

Figured now would be a good time to put this on here.
A few years ago, made an account with casumo. Everything seemed fine for several months.
Then After those fews months my account was blacklisted on their site and I was told I was not allowed to play there any more because apparently my credit score was so bad it came up as a red flag for them. Thankfully I'm still using sites like Betfred without any problem but honestly. I would never Recommend Casumo to anyone because of their shady practices behind the scenes. My Credit Score is fine btw.
