The shipping was quick and easy. I live in a rural area and when I first ordered from castlery they were charging a lot for shipping. But I'm happy they used FedEx and the price for shipping was significantly less!

We love your products! All in all it has been a pleasure working with customer service, delivery information has been excellent. We received our first shipment yesterday. We have not had a chance to unbox as we are waiting for other items to arrive before replacing existing furniture.A few blips a long the way: #1 Had some trouble finding a way to email you regarding provinding tax exempt docs. The chat bot referred me to direct call. I got mixed info regarding placing order and providing tax exempt documentation. I was told to order first and then submit docs, tax would be refunded. Then told after order was placed and some items had shipped, that I needed to cancel order and restart order process. I declined as two items were already in shipment cue. Ultimately, order progressed as placed and refund has been issued. Customer service has been gracicous and responsive, but you need a clear policy on this process. #2 Your website indicates that delivery would be free over a nominal order amount. My total order exceed that amount by 3x+, but was charged delivery on one item as it was coming from a different warehouse and did not meet the minimum. I have no control over where you ship your items from and it was not indicated on your website. Your website should indicate that minimum for free delivery is based on each item total, not total order. The fee was still very reasonable, but you need clearer communication on policies.
