They have this so-called lounge where you unlock random rewards, but it’s mostly tiny free spins on bad games or “congratulations, you get 5% extra on next deposit”. After losing real money, clicking through that feels like a bad joke.
The whole site froze and when it came back my last win wasn’t in the balance. Support said it would adjust later but it never did.
First page is just a mess of banners, categories, flashing things. Took me a minute to even find the login button. Simpler would be better, not this chaos.
I thought cashback would be real money, but it came with wagering requirements and max withdrawal limits. That’s not really “cash” back, is it? Just another bonus trap.
Entered a code from their own email and it said “invalid or expired”. It was the same day the email came. Support just shrugged and said send another mail. Couldn’t be bothered.
