Refund was made February 25th according to Cashlib, but still haven't received it.

Its impossible to contact anyone.

Their online form is worthless, and I've used their support email address and I'm getting absolutely no where. It's very frustrating and is looking dodgier and dodgier.

I bought 5 cashlib codes of 50 euros each recharge.fr and after checking within 15 minutes if buying them to validate it said vouchers invalid. I have tried in vain to get then to refund my money but to no avail. I have concluded that Cashlib and recharge.fr is a multi money scam and surely have partnered with various criminals and scamsters.
I have lost a total of 274 euros in a matter id seconds. I hope the government will take cognizance od this and act accordingly.

I have a question, I bought a Cashlin voucher, only the website states that I could use it as a credit card, but I cannot, now my question is which website can I issue this card?

I have bought voucher, BUT CAN'T USE IT, because their limits are 50e/day and 150e/month without KYC where they want copy of your passport. Driving lisence is not accepted. Every casino accepts driving lisence in KYC process and they PAY OUT money, but this scam company want to steal your identity even you have bought the voucher securely from retailer. Hell no I'm gonna send copy of my passport to internet.

You can only use their vouchers at gambling sites - not for goods at any online retailer.

Their website is very basic with little information.

Customer support insists that the only way to get a refund is to supply them with copies of:
- copy of passport (front and back) - color,
- proof of residence dating from less than 3 months - with address
- RIB issued by my bank.

Smells of identity theft.
No way that I’m going anywhere near that.

I’d rather loose the €50 I spent than provide what they ask for.

I purchased their voucher through dundle.com on a credit card, so they could easily arrange a refund, but they will only do that if I compromise my ID.

Avoid like the plague!

best company ever, cashlib have great support, they never block , and they are good people ,on the other end paysafecard all the time blocking , and paysafecard are bad people, and paysafecard never answer , i saw that paysafecard have many positive reviews and cashlib have a lot of negative reviews , and the only explanation for this is bots of paysafecard , so the negative reviews of cashlib are fake , and the positive reviews of paysafecard are fake , only the positive reviews of cashlib and the negative reviews of paysafecard are real , you don't belive me ? ignore positive negative , you will see that in trustpilot paysafecard have more reviews than facebook , so it's 100% bots , and they want to win , so they make also bots to do bad reviews to their good competitor cashlib.
