fake dr martens no refund
I ordered a second hand pair of dr martens. when i recived them on further inspection they where actually fake. I am pretty disapointed that cash conversters can advertise a fake item online and then refuse to not do anything about. I was trying to email and provide photos, but my emails kept getting rejected. so i called the store a couple of days later. I was then told becuase i was using hotmail they automatically get blocked and rejected. how was i suppose to know that infomation? So now its been too long for them to do anything. They then advised i would of had to call them the day of purchase. A bit hard when they went to the post office and i couldnt get there for four days due to work. Be careful of the south Australia Hampstead gardens store they really dont seam to care.
