So bad they not updating I'm stuck on level 9 for 5 months now no update they are really bad i lost my money but i can't get refund because i'm stuck i don't recommend anyone this is my experience

I'm trying to track my two transactions since November 2024. No one even don't give s**t. No replies, even though I submitted request last 3 times.

Suddenly the site opens at a purchase of gift cards and I can’t get out of it to shop Crazy as it was so good before ??

Please do not use cashback, didn't get my money back as their special term change on March 2020 for Groupon. Really disappointed,if everyone saw this, please use Shopback instead of this rubbish

got fed up chasing my cask back as mostly my purchases never tracked and i got nothing back even after making complaints to cashback, all ignored, Rubbish!

After getting up to $8.50, it stopped bothering to credit me $0.05 per day for logging in each day. It also doesn't credit for 'bonus cash offers,' despite that it says it will. Even two of the profile surveys do not give any credit (the Education Survey and the Personal Finance survey). Not to mention that since I signed up, not one survey. I signed up to two survey sites through it and yet I'm still 'inactive.'

Waste of time - not going to even try to sign into other survey sites through it.

I am just beginning to earn, to be continued...

Blank pages. I've recently gone back to answering surveys now that i have the time however each task opens up into another browser and the page comes up blank?

Thank you guys for a good experience! My friends recommended me this service and I didn't regret a minute. On time cashback is what I was looking for! Students benefit with you good enough!

So far it has been ok for me. It is hard to qualify for surveys. I am sure it is because of my demographics, not what they are looking for, etc. Most of the panels to join? I have already joined most of them before I joined Cashback Research, so I can't make any money there. I don't qualify for any clinical trials, so no money to be made there either. The other ways to make money, they want you to purchase something, and I will not. So, I have been stuck at $19.90 for a very long time. I will keep trying to pass a survey, but just like most people here, I am frustrated too. Also, I see the same lame, standard reply from Cashback Research to everyone. I wonder why. Oh well.

The only way any of you would be having any sort of trouble would be because you are not using common sense.

Any of the survey sites are completely overwhelmed and can use all the help they can get from their participants giving them heads up.

As an example whenever I join a new panel, and want to make sure that I get credit for doing so, I simply write out a support ticket requesting credit for joining the new panel. Simple.

It is VERY easy to LOOK for excuses to complain about one site or another. After all, in the end, they are just people trying to earn a living, just like you and I. We all make mistake, overlook something, get overwhelmed.

Just go to the bottom of the site, click on "Help" and send in a support ticket! Easy enough, right!?

My experience on cashback research has been good until I found out that it's all scams. People reading this should not go on cashback research. it is a huge scam don't spend your time on it!! and if cashback research responds with a reply saying that they have a solution or whatever, i don't care.

Ridiculous company u can't even collect a payout when u try to it says 500 error code has said that for weeks funny it works to do the surveys but when u want paid it's nothing but errors I have spent 3 months trying to get to 30$ and now can't even get that to work and when I do it's another month to receive it so 6 months of my life for 30$ not worth the time big scam don't advise to anyone at all,.......I messaged back about that several times with no response and I haven't used that account in forever and was sent to old card I haven't had in forever so no I never received anything at all I assumed the website would have been fixed by now but no it hasn't I have updated my PayPal since then

This a scam and will just fill up your email inbox with junk mail. Most of the links do not work and you often miss out on getting credit for joining other panels. Of the links that do work, they are just endless attempts to get your information to be spammed constantly.
