As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, tasks take 15 days to move from ‘pending’ to ‘complete’, as our third-party partners need time to confirm that the offer requirements have been successfully met. We’d also like to reassure you that you don’t need to wait for one Level to turn green before moving on to the next. Once you’ve completed a task and it shows as ‘pending’, you can continue your journey and work through the next available Levels while the tracking process takes place in the background.
