AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Dishonest and a terrible experience

I ordered a pair of sunglasses as a gift that unfortunately due to circumstances I needed to send back. When I reached out I was told they don't accept change of mind repairs. However in reading the warranty and returns policy on their website it clearly stated that they accept returns up to 30 days.

When I pointed this out they said they would accept the return. The sunglasses had never come out of the box or been opened so I sent it straight back. Once they had received the item I was sent a photo saying the glasses were scratched and not in resellable condition. I had never even unwrapped them!!

I have since been told they will not be issuing a refund. To make matters worse they said that if i want the glasses back I will need to send them a pre paid postage label. WHAT IS THIS COWBOY COMPANY!

Avoid dealing with these people at all costs, dishonest business that will do anything to keep your money.

Glasses ordered arrived super quick, in plenty of time to take on holiday!

inadequate packing two pairs of glasses without covers that shocked them and scratch the glass

Ordered them one day and they came the next just what I wanted.

Lost my pair of Carves that I picked up in Australia and was heartbroken, didnt think I would be able to get them here in Ireland so was over the moon when I found this site.
Ordered a pair and got them very quickly. However was oh-ohing when I opened the box to see no packing whatsoever, the glasses were out of their pouch and rattling around the box. Breathed a sigh of relief when I saw no scratches only to try them on and notice they are crooked / warped. Not that noticeable to other people but you definitely can notice when wearing. Not my big head either my gf says the same! Disappointing.

Apart from that, all good.

The sunglasses arrived promptly, exactly as shown on the website, and packaged well enough to prevent any damage in transit :)

it would be nice if they would come with case but very good stylish as well
