James was the third architect we had come out to the property, not only did he put us at ease straightaway he came up with numerous ideas and possibilities. We really wanted someone to guide us, he didn’t shoot any of our ideas down he worked with us and opened our eyes to other options. I could not recommend him enough. Our extension would not have happened without him
james was incredibly professional and guided me through the many studies required by the Planners, who themselves proved to be unbelievably uncooperative, he stood his ground on my behalf without flinching,
So why hunt around hoping for a good architect, when you can hire James, and have an absolute certainty.

James was a reliable and polite man who drew up our plans for our home extension. He explained everything clearly and pointed out any potential issues which could arise but gave alternative ideas so everything ran smoothly. He was always available to discuss our ideas and took all our wishes into consideration and was never pushy. James arranged all the planning applications. The final product is everything we had dreamed of. Would definately recommend Carvell Associates.
