I was little unsure after reading last reviews, but my experience was great. I´ve ordered 4 AKASA EULER MX cases, they´ve arrived very quickly and communication with support was also nice and quick.

wrong item sent horrible communication
I've ordered an AKASA case from an old NUC that is hard to come by. The seller sent a case that is not the same spec (though it looks very similar) and it was missing parts.
After very lengthy and poor communication some parts have been supplied but then I found out that the case is indeed the wrong type.
Instead of owning up to the mistake I was told that I am wrong and given partial refund as it seems that customer needs to pay for their mistakes.

Ridicolous
Bad. Ordered an Akasa case on 12-28-21 which was to be available in 2-3 days. After 45 days they ahipped it to me yesterday and probably will arrive in the middle of next week. Contacted several times they were only able to blame the Akasa company, the European New Year and then the Chinese New Year, ridiculous.
