Service speed is not as much as they claim, it fluctuates a lot and every 10 or 15 days i have to reset the router in order to continue using the internet, and all the setting have to be redone again
price is not as cheap as it was before and it is now higher than others with same services

Don't do it you'll be sorry Unless you like a screen that smears when they shoot a puck etc.Worst service I have ever had.If you want to watch any sports good luck turn the tv on a 1/2 hour early to make sure it boots up sent the box back at a cost of $25 New box no better I should actually get a pay check from these guys for doing all the leg work.
At Carey you pay for the inconvenience.

Terrible customer service and devices…
Terrible customer service and devices dis not work!! After 3 telephone calls, waiting 30 mins on hold each time, having to vall the device manufacturer, I cancelled the same day. Never receiving their service, I am now paying to ship the devices back!!!
I already paid for the devices to be ship to my home!!!

Pretty mediocre provider overall - but also borderline fraudulent
Pretty mediocre provider overall. Of course at the mercy of the Rogers underlying network but still.
My biggest problem with them was the word salad they provided in deciding to keep my $50 modem deposit. Deposit indicates that it will be refunded. Well, unbeknownst to me they did a little number fudging mid 2021 and while my bill didn't change a single penny it was sold to me as this great service they had done for them to keep my deposit.
Pretty much outright fraud hoping nobody noticed is my assessment. I am done with them, and the $50 is gone. Corporate greed once again.
