I ordered a very last minute gift for Christmas which was personalised and still managed to be delivered on Christmas Eve. Also there was a slight error with the printing position on the first item so I received 2, the second one was perfect. Pretty amazing service

I bought 4 Guinness glasses on December 4th thinking 3 weeks is a plenty of time to get them delivered for Christmas. Ha! Jokes on me :") It was international shipping, so I totally understand, that it took so long (over a month) to deliver the package in this hot period and that it is not store but store service responsibility, however I would suggest having approximate delivery time to different countries than Ireland on the page. I don't remember now, if it wasn't there or if it just said that the time would be way shorter. The glasses came eventually in one (or should I say four) piece, they were nicely wrapped in bubble wrap, so it was a relief. I cut one star for not having any warning about glass items inside on the box. I can only imagine what happened to it on the way and a sticker or a tape to prevent that would be nice.

I'm extremely happy with this company, the quality of the product and packaging is excellent and I was particularly grateful for the way they gave me a discount on the price without me even asking. I thought it was very generous and I will return again soon. Just one constructive recommendation I would make for them is to register a dot ie domain as it is more trustworthy than a dot com.

I ordered a jacket for an Argentine-Irish cousin who visited Carrolls during her tour of Ireland, and bought herself one... and lost it. I am happy with Carroll's assistance and speedy delivery and I am sure that my cousin will be delighted to get a replacement.

The product is beautiful as always, and looks well on very pleased with it.
However I am disappointed at the cost of delivery albeit it did arrive as expected.

I ordered two Guinness glasses which didn't arrive , I contacted Carrolls who said to contact Fedex who were supposed to deliver them . I followed the tracking which stated they were delivered and signed for by my neighbour Steve . I do not have a neighbour called Steve so I presume the driver created a fictitious character or is called Steve . Pish poor service from Fedex and Carrolls Irish gifts . I am now out of pocket and bereft of my glasses .

Great items, reasonable prices. Shame the wrapping and packing is disastrous. i.e. crisp packs are used as air cushions and pressed well between the other goods, also along the side. All crisps are powdered. I brought this to CARROLLs attention but they couldn't care less, let alone they did not bother to even reply.
