My experience was really bad
My experience was really bad, like, super bad. I ordered two sets of Guinness glasses and, naturally, paid for international delivery. I placed the order on a Friday afternoon, and then, of course, I changed my mind and wanted to switch the delivery address. I shot them an email on Saturday. Naturally, they got back to me on Tuesday to say my order was already done on Monday. So, no address change, but then I waited two whole weeks for the package, and it never even left Ireland. It just got stuck there. I asked for a full refund, but they only gave me back the product cost, not the shipping, which was ridiculous since I never got my package. I emailed them again, and then they apologized and refunded my delivery fee too.
After all that, I ordered again because I couldn't find Guinness glasses anywhere else, and I paid for 1-3 day FedEx delivery. Wanna guess what happened? I'm getting the package after a week and two days. Seriously, it's a joke.

The price of delivery is €8.99. That's shocking for the tiny item that I purchased. Delivery was actually half the price of the item I bought!

Arrived in perfect condition all the way in Australia!
I ordered a gift set and an individual glass and it arrived in Australia in perfect condition. Carroll's did an excellent job of wrapping the glass so it didn't get damaged in delivery.
