If I could give zero I would give. Such untrustworthy service ! I ordered the dishwasher and they gave me four days delivery. I manage my schedule so that I’m waiting for them on the last day. Then they sent me that will come next day 10 o’clock in the morning so again I changed my schedule for next day in the morning. They then next day change it to 2 o’clock. As you understand, no one came as well. I’m emailing them and WhatsApp them to ask what’s happening I get zero reply. I also asked if I can pay to have it installed. Zero answer again. Is the worst service I have encountered and I dread to think what might happen if this machine doesn’t work properly. I will never buy again from them and I suggest you find someone else that has good service reviews .

Bought HP printer from ghubaiba carrefour where printer stopmworkingbwithin month and notice its cartridge low issue wherein it was informed while purchasing that thisnwill give 6000 print in one cartridge,later on I got to knwo that one cartridge can print only 1600 thats also ok but why it was sold yo me with false promise just for doing business. Better to say no and have some value rather than raising sales by false promised. Twice vanished customer service counter with no faith in their promise. Poor customer service in cashier counter. You need need to train them how to be polite in dealing with different nationalities. Seems they are not happy to serve your regular customers with respect. Day by day, customer satisfaction is getting worst because of the way your service staff deals with the customer. Have bad experence with Ms. Aisha in Cashier counter today. She was so rude to me. Ordered A fridge from Carrefour. Damaged but no support from Carrefour. Fraud.
Ordered A fridge. There was many different sellers and cheaper than Carrefour but chose Carrefour and paid AED 200 more than cheapest option, thinking if any issues Carrefour will sort them. Fridge arrived with dents on the side and the invoice was from another company and not Carrefour. When I complained to Carrefour they just passed the complaint to the other company. Do NOT buy anything electrical from Carrefour as it seems they are just buying cheap from other providers and selling at an extortionate price with no customer services.

Delivery is often late, and the one-hour delivery window is not helpful.
At night, there is no delay notice . the order just arrives much later (for example, around 3h delay ).
If someone orders at 10 pm, you should clearly state that the delivery will arrive around 1 am . I might not even be awake.

My order is late for more than three days and when i communicate with carrfour customer service,they told me that the address is incorrect.
I told the that it is the same address they delivered to me before.
They told me that the delivery company that they deal with is saying that. Why should i wait till you communicate with the company that carrefour is dealing with in delivery.

I ordered a Dyson Airwrap HS08 from Carrefour UAE and received a fake product. I verified the serial number directly with Dyson, and they confirmed in email and chat that this serial number was never issued anywhere in the world.
Despite sharing this proof, Carrefour denied the issue, saying it was a third-party “international variant.” My return request was rejected, and customer service was rude and unhelpful.
After 2 weeks of daily follow ups, they finally agreed to pick up the product, but said the refund depends on seller approval, even though the item was unused and confirmed fake.
Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience
for a brand like Carrefour. Selling counterfeit products and then refusing responsibility, even after official brand confirmation, shows a serious lack of accountability and customer care.

This situation has been marked by repeated service failures, poor communication and an unreasonable lack of accountability from both Carrefour and the supplier.
Order Timeline & Sequence of Events
1 January: I placed an order for a cooker.
9 January: The cooker was scheduled for delivery.
On that day, I received a call from the delivery driver informing me that the item could not be delivered because it was damaged at the warehouse.
16 January: The cooker was finally delivered; however, it arrived missing an essential power cable required to connect it to the electricity supply.
This raises an obvious and serious question: How is a customer expected to use a cooker that cannot even be switched on?
Delivering an appliance without a required component makes it unusable.
Ongoing Customer Service Failure
Since the delivery, I have contacted Carrefour repeatedly in an effort to resolve what should have been a straightforward issue.
To date:
* I have spoken to six different consultants, each providing inconsistent information.
* I have been repeatedly assured that the missing part would be delivered “immediately.”
* Promises were made but never followed through.
* At no point was I proactively updated - I have had to chase Carrefour myself at every stage.
Unacceptable Outcome
On my most recent follow-up call yesterday (Friday, 23 January 2026), I was told that I would need to purchase the missing cable myself.
This is completely unacceptable.
Why was I not informed at the time of purchase that an essential cable would need to be bought separately?
Why did multiple consultants confirm that the supplier would provide and deliver it?
And most importantly, why am I now being asked to pay for an error that is not mine?
This situation has deprived me of the ability to cook for my household for weeks. The inconvenience and unfair treatment are significant.

I only became aware of this after receiving the tax invoice via email, where one item was marked as “out of stock.” This situation was very inconvenient, especially since the item was still showing as available in their website at the time of purchase.
I contacted customer service and spoke with a representative named Angelica. I requested if it was possible for the refund of the out-of-stock item to be credited to my Carrefour Wallet instead of being returned to my card or Tabby. She explained that the refund method depends on the system and whether this option was allowed before the purchase. When I asked how I could verify whether this applied to my order, she repeatedly stated that she could not check or confirm it because it is system-generated.
Unfortunately, this explanation was not helpful, and no alternative solution or clear clarification was provided. I also felt that her tone was sarcastic and dismissive while I was simply trying to understand my options. As a result, I felt that my concerns were not properly addressed and that I was left without support.
This out-of-stock issue has occurred multiple times—three times in my case. During the first incident, I only realized there was an issue when I received my order, since I do not usually check emails. I was sent a substitute product without my consent, which is unacceptable because the item is skincare product.
