I faced the worst service ever from…

I faced the worst service ever from carrefour . My order placed on 3 October and till now nothing received . It was expected to deliver on same day but each time i hear that the delivery slot changed and no one provide valid reason or try solution 818020005978582

The worst coustmer services ever

The worst coustmer services ever. They don't deserve this one star .I bought a standing fan from their online shop. It came a week later from the proposed date.
It was defaulted. I took it to the nearest Carrefour branch. They said they can't help me because the don't have the same model. They suggested I take it and visit every branch until I find a one with the same product. They must be joking. I called the customer service for support and the guy yelled at me. "How dare you approach the store without having a default report form the fan company" he said." So basically they are saying it not our problem anymore. Never ever buy any electronics from there.

Carrefour(Hurgada 25) steals money from problematic transactions. If the carrefour acquiring device freezes or loses connection to the Internet or the dealer turns off because it is discharged. You will lose money. I contacted the store manager, he said the money will be returned in 3, 5, 7, 10-30 days. Then he said that this is a problem in my bank. The bank said that these transactions are approved, and the money is in the accounts of the carrefour company. No one will help you either on the hotline or by email, I wrote more than 30 letters. The only one who responded was the Facebook group support, they said that they were very sorry. And they will file a request to resolve the problem, 5 months have passed, but no one has started to resolve the problem. They also try to deceive and sell goods at a discount without a discount, sometimes the price at the checkout is 15-20% higher than on the price tag.

It’s the worth experience in my life…

It’s the worth experience in my life with Carrefour Egypt , my order late two days without any contact from them , and every time I contacted with them , they apologized without solution so I cancelled the order .
They have problem in customer service, delivery and application

The Wild Wild West at Carrefour

We bought a refrigerator from Carrefour City Center in Alexandria based on the strong recommendation of the sales representative. After it was delivered and upon reading the User Manual, I discovered that some of the features mentioned by the sales person don’t exist. When I tried to return it, the brand rep. refused mainly because the box was not in good condition. I talked with Customer Service Manager and Branch Manager but in vain; they followed the rep. lead. In fact handing the fridge from A to Z until returning it was done by the same Carrefour people. It seems Carrefour outsources the delivery of large appliances to some pickup truck drivers. We hired the same people who delivered the fridge to return it and it was handled completely by them.
It also seems that Carrefour relies heavily on sales reps who work for the Brands’ Agents in Egypt. They behave very nicely when selling you their products and some of them try to market these products by any means even by deceiving the customers. From my experience these reps. are not subject to Carrefour's administrative authority and therefore they don’t behave professionally when returning a product; something they will strongly resist even by inventing any reason for their refusal to take the product back. It is like a “Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde”.
In conclusion, we are stuck with a permanent reminder that “The Greatest Showman” at Carrefour sold us the Tram.

“I am very disappointed with the…

“I am very disappointed with the customer service at Carrefour, Maadi branch in Cairo. The staff’s treatment of customers was unacceptable, with a complete lack of flexibility and unwillingness to assist. Instead of resolving issues or providing helpful solutions, they seemed indifferent to customer concerns, which is not what I expect from a reputable brand like Carrefour.

This kind of treatment is not only frustrating but also discourages customers from returning. I strongly urge the management to train their staff on proper customer service and professionalism to ensure a better shopping experience for everyone.

on 18/10/2024 i bought items for 1462…

on 18/10/2024 i bought items from dandy mall for 1462 EP and it was debited two times from my visa.
Today i went to solve the problem and i was asked to return to my bank and nothing was done.
then today i bought new items and when i arrived home i discovered that the cashier charged me of 2 items (150) pounds which i did not buy or recieve

They do not care for having the…

They do not care for having the delivery items safe.. you may have the food items mixed withhh spill over from washing liquid bottle. items are not always identical to your choice.
I received. My order all mixed with tomato sauce and washing liquid.

Unfortunately....lies

Unfortunately, Carrefour is marketing with lies.
I am here for an hour now to exchange a bag "Carrefour bag" that they sell as a lifetime lasting shopping bag. When I tried to exchange it because it's torn a part, they left us for an hour without any replies...
So I think it's better to say that it's a non-refundable bag instead of leaving us for an hour

Awful place and customer service.

They've cancelled an order for no reason and I wasn't even notified. I've made another order to be delivered the next day, but it wasn't delivered. Their customer service is useless too.

Extremely disappointing bad experience…

Extremely disappointing bad experience with Carrefour delivery, the packaging was extremely stupid " Plastic bags instead of box" put the chips underneath food cans and pressure them to make them flat so all of theme delivered crushed like breadcrumb.
when you create a return they told you they will refund damaged items on your credit card but never do.
Never ever deal with them online!

What a waste of time and effort

To summarize, look at the other feedback, all is negative and the store doesn't bother to reply or to comment back on any of them which means they are too bad and don't care.

I ordered using the website and paid using debit card and suppose to have my order delivered in 90 minutes but it took more than 12 hours and still. The worst thing is that their hotline is a cold line. They can do nothing but forwarding your complaints and keep repeating the same thing over and over like an answer machine.

If they call you once and you couldn't reply that means you are screwed as they won't call you again and you lost your chance. The customer shall wait the next day for a delivery and needs to wake up to wait for them !!!
After I raised my complaint they said they will contact you sooooon but they never do.

The worst customer care service

I am reading multiple bad reviews about Carrefour on this website and I am not surprised at all. I don't believe that they are multi national brand. I ordered few things online (Order No.- 27176497862111) on 25th June, 2022 and selected the mode of payment as cash (because based on my past experiences with Carrefour I always feared what will happen if I paid using my credit or debit card upfront and they would not make the delivery, so I usually prefer the cash on delivery option now).
I received the delivery and as there were multiple items, I couldn't verify them all before handing over the cash to the delivery person. I repeatedly asked to the delivery person if there are any unavailable items or the delivery has all the items and he confirmed that the delivery has all the ordered items. I made the full payment to the delivery guy and he left singing happy songs.
When I started checking and verifying the received items and compared with the ordered items, I saw that Zucchini was missing from the delivered items. Wow!
I called to Carrefour customer care team and registered my complain (Complaint No.- 2405760) and they assured that the concerned team would contact me and resolve my problem. Many days passed and when nobody contacted me, I kept on following with them and so far I have called them more than 4 times and every time they told me same thing that the concerned team would contact me, which never happen!!
Carrefour seems to be a big scam! There is no customer service team which can support you after sale. You will feel helpless and very frustrated all the times. I have decided to now check the other market players like Lulu and stop all the business with Carrefour.
