Every time I have purchased something, it turned out very nice. I would appreciate more pick-up options to avoid shipment cost. Only thing I would consider is when preparing an order, they should check if there are any defects.

Cost is much higher than the product and customer management deserves.
My necklace broke when I gently took it out of the box in which it had arrived from Carré approx. 8 months earlier. When I took it back I was told I should expect 7 weeks before someone had assessed if they would fix it for free or if I should pay myself. I was then asked for the receipt. When I followed up on what the decision was, I entered into a very long message discussion back and forth; I asked to please talk to someone but it was ignored. ONLY when I finally accepted to pay an additional 90DKK (on top of the 2200 DKK initially paid for this necklace that wouldn’t handle being taken gently out of its box).
90DKK is nothing; which is why I find it exceptionally unprofessional of Carré Jewelry to ask a customer to pay this in addition to the already paid amount. I do not trust their products and do not agree with their handling of customer complaints, and I will never buy or have any of their product again. Definitely cannot recommend this brand.
