Horrible customer service
Ordered a towbar for a 2010 Kia C‘eed, as noted on the car paperwork. Couldn‘t see any differences in the variations in thumbnail previews for the cars and they didn’t show anything specific to the towbar in those previews either. Tried to put it on and they sent me something for a Pro‘ceed. The images on the instruction page for the model I ordered even showed different towbars, including what should have been sent. I tried to go through their complex complaint review process and quickly became very frustrated.
Me: I think you sent me the wrong towbar for the car I selected from your towbar selection helper
Carpratik: No you ordered the wrong one you should have ordered a bar for the C‘eed Break.
Me: That’s not what it says on my car or papers anywhere.
Carpratik: Well it’s what you should have clicked sorry for the situation but all your fault.
Me: How do return this and get the right bar? I’ll even split the cost of returning since it’s a complicated situation.
Carpratik: Sorry for the situation. Bye.
I followed all the guidelines for choosing a hitch, and even got all the pics and forms to them before their deadline. This place is shit

It's a scam, stay away
This website is a scam, they took my money and haven't shipped the product I purchased. They haven't refunded either. The item was in stock, showing a 1-2 days preparation and 4-5 days delivery. It's been 1 month since my order was placed, I tried to contact them many times and they didn't answer to my questions, they kept replying random nonsense that I didn't even ask about.

Very bad response to communication,no shipping but finally refunded
I paid for my order,a tow hitch and wiring kit,they received payment and they didn't proceed to shipping.After ten days of sending several emails they respond and admit to refund.I provided all banking info that was asked but yet,after three days of unanswered emails no refund and no response!!!!I am going to take any legal action and make a dispute through my bank.Very bad experience and behaviour of them!!!
UPDATE: After a lot of effort and emails,most of my side, I had a total refund!

Ordered a towbar to be delivered to UK.
Ordered a towbar a week ago. Received email confirming my order. No sign or communication regarding delivery. Sent various emails to them and so far have had no response.Hopefully I will hear from them soon, and give a more positive review.🤔
UPDATE:- Received a full refund, unable to deliver to the UK.

WHAT A VERY BAD COMPANY
I ordered a tow bar deliverd on time but it was the wrong one i then tried to send it back for a refund and thats when it all went wrong they tried everthing not to refund me eventually they gave me a address to send it back which was in germany it cost 80 euros in post.Got a mail to say that they had recvied it but still no refund so the cost off the tow they kept and the cost off the post and they had the tow bar back which they kept so I LOST MY POST MONEY THE COST OFF THE TOW PLUS THEY KEPT THE TOW BAR and would not give any refund would not RECOMMEND this company too anyone
