First time shopping with Caprimoto. I was intrigued by the low prices and supposedly quick delivery time. I got myself a tank bag, backseat-bag and a quickshifter.

Let me tell you, they do NOT mess around. I placed my order late at night on Tuesday. They shipped my order on Wednesday. I got it in the afternoon on Friday. From Italy to Norway outside of Oslo within 2 days.

I had to pay a somewhat pricey handling fee with DHL and VAT, but I will definitely be returning to Caprimoto for future moto needs.

Purchased an order on Monday 26th from Aberdeen Scotland and it arrived on my doorstep on Wednesday the 28th, super fast shipping, Italy to Aberdeen in 48 hours wow! only downside was import duty was a hefty £135 so as happy as I am with the product and the shipping time the tax payment spoils it for future purchases.

I bought a Givi top box and the attachments for my Tmax. I was really impressed with the customer service. They replied immediately and even upgraded the top box at no extra cost. The most impressive part was that they shipped it from Italy on Monday afternoon, and I received it in Malta by Tuesday

Was sent a Givi Rack that didn't suit Australian 2024 model Honda Forza 350.
I requested a return authority by email, waited 3 days then Antonio from Sales emailed me and said he'd look into it.
He got back to me later that day, recommended another part and sent it that day.
I just paid the difference in part price with no extra for postage.
Very impressed with the professionalism of this company and the 4 day delivery from Italy.
Will shop again.

These guys sell great products, at great prices, including cheap shipping (to Australia). They know their stuff and have always been reliable for me on product enquiries. Post your question at the bottom of your product page and they respond on the same day. The questions and answers stay there for everyone to see, so check prior product questions and answers before asking. Every product page also guides you to check the compatibility of the product for your bike. It also gives you indications of additional required parts or optional accessories, but this can be easy to miss if you don’t read all details on the page carefully.

I just hope they keep this up and don’t start employing careless and incompetent staff and call centres, like most other growing businesses.
