We knew what we wanted before we went in Kardean flooring. All staff seemed very polite and helpful. Arrived on the date and time that was arranged. I must say that the fitter who's name was Phil was very nice and did a fantastic job laying the floor with the herringbone patten that we asked for. Extremely good job and I would want him to do any other floors we want doing

The team went above and beyond at reasonable price and supplied fitted new carpet and took old carpet away. Beautiful job. Thankyou all.

Have ordered through the Ferndown branch a few times in the last couple of years and always very happy. Recent fitting on a carpet ordered to eventually be fitted throughout the house, was great. Fitters were very obliging and worked hard to ensure the carpet got in to the room around a tight space and left making sure we were happy with the overall fitting. Very pleased.

There was a great selection of remnants on display which was perfect for what we needed. Staff were very helpful, price was good and installation was excellent. Very happy.

The two gentlemen who came were great from start to finish. They removed the old carpet and underlay. Moved all the furniture and replaced all back to where I wanted it and left everything clean and tidy.
The carpet is lovely.
