Excellent attention during our first visit and helped to choose a lovely carpet. We had to postpone the fitting date but there was no problem in so doing. Carpet was delivered on time and fitted well. We are very pleased with the selection and service.

Lovely, helpful staff in the showroom. Booked in on a date that was suitable to me due to work. Fitters were very friendly and very speedy. I am very pleased with the carpet so far.

I received excellent advice for both carpet and karndean. All flooring looks excellent.
This would have been 5 star bur something went wrong with clean up after carpet fitting affecting another contractor but has now been resolved.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Carpet fitter was excellent and he sorted out the tear in the carpet quickly by using the other bedroom carpet still to be fitted. Our only negative was we found a 10% discount voucher in the press after paying total cost!

We revisited the Bedstore again this year after having had a good experience with them in 2023,supplying carpet and vinyl.We purchased more vinyl for a bathroom floor and also a new mattress. On both occasions we found them to be very helpful,polite and un-pushy,especially in the showroom. Also their fitters were excellent and did a good mess-free job on both occasions. Would definitely return in future and can thoroughly recommend this company.

Excellent quality prompt service

Excellent from start to finish from help at the store. The man who came to measure and price the job was very thorough and answered all my questions.
The carpet was installed within a good timescale and the fitter was very quick and efficient and tidied up everything.

The invoices should be itemised. You have no time to reflect on your purchase once you get home.

Staff very polite and helpful. This also includes the delivery guys. I would definitely go back when needed.

My measurements were slightly inaccurate, but the fitters managed to add a small strip of carpet in an inconspicuous place.

Carpet Barn were brilliant from helping me choose the right carpet for the room and the underlay to go with it to the competitive price that included the laying of the carpet unlike Tapi Carpets that was almost £200 more with an inferior underlay and a separate charge on top for the carpet layer! They made everything so easy and hassle free, I would definitely recommend them and return next time I'm looking for a new carpet.

Great experience from start to finish, we didn’t really know what we wanted, the guys are so helpful and not pushy like most salespeople, we went for carpet and purchased a bed too, delivery was smooth and always kept up to date, James the carpet fitter was exceptional, such high standard compared to other fitters we have previously used, carpet barn do it all. No hassle, guaranteed work and competitive pricing, I won’t be going anywhere else from now on.

There was a good selection of laminate to choose from. The original delivery and fitting date of the flooring had to be cancelled but Carpet Barn sorted another date and everything went as planned. The fitter worked very well and left things clean and tidy.

Always good service. Good product. Good price. Bought a bedroom cupboard over the phone. Recieved full updates through process. Delivery guys had to fight our twisty stairs but did a great job with a smile. Good job all round.
