Good service from the ladies in store , they were very knowledgeable and helpful. The carpet measuring person was professional and very helpful and very respectful of our home ( offered to take his shoes off ….. that’s a big plus for me). Definitely recommend Carpet Right especially the Devizes store.
Carpet ordered on Saturday so let’s hope the plain sailing continues!

Zena at the at the Devizes store was outstanding. Friendly and helpful. All of the staff where friendly.
Zena processed my order with great care, and talked me through each step, from raising a quote to then placing my order and sorting a fitting date.

great staff , very pro-active and knowledgeable

We had good advice on the correct type of carpet for the stairs and bedrooms, the underlay and types of door bars. When they came to measure, the person was very professional and pointed out a problem that we could fix before fitting. The one thing I would have liked was a phone call giving us an idea of when the fitter would arrive rather than staying in all morning when the fitter came at lunch time.

Extremely efficient knowledgeable and friendly salesman in the store. No hard sell just gave us all the options available on carpet type and underlay.

Really easy process

Carrianne, your sales woman made my experience truly great. I find making big financial decisions really quite stressful, but Carrianne's kindness, patience and empathy made the experience really reassuring. She really gained my trust and Im so happy with my purchase. We need more Carriannes in the retail industry. My eperience in January in your Swindon stire was also good, but Devizes even trumped that with exceptional sales support. Don't think I've parted with so much money before with such a big happy smile on my face. Best Regards Vivien
