My experience was one I’ll never forget. The staff at the Roxboro store was always helpful and very professional. The contractors that came out to install my cabinets and counter top were very friendly. If I ever (which I hope not) had to, I’d do it all over again with them.

Great people to work with. They were able to find new cabinets that exactly matched our existing ones, and installed them for a very reasonable price. I did have to make a minor adjustment on one of the cabinets after the installers left, but it was not a big deal. Then we decided to have new quartz countertops installed, and we are totally satisfied with the result. The only issue here was that their estimate of the installed price was about 18% less that it actually turned out to be, and we had to pay the higher price (or cancel the job). Had it not been for these two issues I would have given them a "5 star" rating.

Somehow Kelly was able to take my “must have” items and work her magic and design the kitchen of my dreams! All the staff were great to work with and extremely responsive! Carpet One staff provided quality service and products: they were great! After a bad experience from another big box retailer, I had to start my remodel all over. Carpet One came to the rescue and helped me during the process. My only regret was not using Carpet One in the beginning. I highly recommend them for your remodeling needs.

I purchased my kitchen and bath cabinets through Carpet One last spring. I worked with Kelly to design the kitchen for my custom built home. She was amazing. She took my ideas and helped me tweak them. She was patient and helped me to compare pros and cons without ever making me feel like she was just selling me something. I actually felt like she was my partner. I truly believed she was honest with me when I was making decisions. The installers were awesome guys and even helped me compare lighting fixtures for my bathrooms while they were here. You cannot go wrong with this team.
