We have had Roy out twice now for 3 repairs to the ageing (35 year old) but perfectly serviceable carpet in our hall, stairs and landing: it might be old but so are we and, if it had not been for failure of these seams, we would not have dreamed of replacing it.
He repaired the first 2 seams about 6 weeks ago. And suffice to to say, when another seamed failed, we had no hesitation in contacting him again.
We are delighted: prompt response, great workmanship and a carpet which, rather than having to replace it, could well see us out our days!

Efficient and effective expert at his profession which he clearly loves

Roy to the rescue! We had a hot coal burn in our carpet by our fireplace that ruined the look of the whole living room. Roy came out the very next day to repair this and did a SUPERB job - we cannot see where he did the repair at all! Roy provides a top quality carpet repair service that I highly recommend.

Mega! Had Roy out to do a couple of gripper repairs for cat damaged carpets as well as pricing a larger repair job.

He was completely honest and said the larger repair job just isn’t viable given the size of the area. Really appreciate the openness.

Still got the two grippers repaired and replaced, great result.

We’re moving closer to Oxfordshire but would definitely be asking Roy to travel if we need any further work doing in the new place.

Roy repaired a burn on our living room carpet. He was really professional and friendly, replying quickly to emails and arriving promptly. Roy also went the extra mile by kindly dealing with a small snag that he hadn't been asked to repair, which was much appreciated. The repair is amazing, you would never know the damage had happened! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Roy's service, thank you Roy!

My carpet was ripped up and damaged in 2 places by my cats and rather than replace the whole thing I contacted Roy who i couldn’t recommend more! He has done a brilliant job at discreetly mending the areas at a reasonable price for his work & expertise. Both he and his wife Debbie were really lovely, friendly and professional. Super efficient also - only took him around an hour and a half to complete the job. I messaged him on the monday for a quote and by lunchtime on wednesday it was complete. Thanks again both

Friendly and professional. Came when he promised and fixed 2 carpet tears caused by pet damage easily. Price was reasonable and preventing me from having to purchase a new carpet. Would certainly recomend this company. Big thanks to you Rob.
