Best mechanics

My experience with Carpeople Frederikshavn is terrible. First, I went there because of the good reviews, and some colleges also recommended the workshop for me. My car’s generator gave up, and I went to the workshop.I went there, and we were told that they would call me later on about the price of the generator, but that call never came. After a few days, I called them because they hadn’t reached out to me. And the mechanic told me about the horrible price of the generator. I had to pay 5.600 kr in total, which is quite a lot for a generator change. After all, he said the car was in good condition and ready to drive. (11.10.2023)

After 20 days, my v-belt broke, and I went there as soon as I could. They said they were going to repair it (reference to the warranty). Two hours later, they call me to say that my car engine does not start. I told them I don’t know why that could be because when I used the car, I had no issues with my engine. (30.10.2023)

The next day, they called me again and still said my engine did not start and asked me how much money I would like to spend on my car. Which I did not understand at first because I was thinking the warranty would cover most of the costs. Later on, they called again to see if they should try to repair the car because it's not starting. I said, "Yeah, sure, but call me back 2 hours later.” I called them back 10 minutes later because I forgot to ask what the diagnosis was that he found in the car. He said it’s the sparking plugs that are old. After that, he proposed it could be fixed at around 20.000 kr. I said, Okay, I'll pick up the car the next day and take it from the workshop. The next day, me and my brother went there to collect the car and speak about the "issue.” The younger mechanic said they broke the spark plug. We tried to discuss something about the problem, but to no avail.They said they can’t repair the v-ram due to the engine not working (?) which is interesting because I had no problems with the starting of the car, and all of a sudden when I leave my car, it just doesn’t want to start.

Long story short: My v-ram got broken, I went there to repair it due to my warranty, and I left the workshop still with a broken v-ram and also with broken spark plugs, so my car is completely unusable.

I would never recommend this place.
