Absolutely fabulous clothes - soft, well made, generously sized and stunning prints!
Customer service when there are questions/refunds/missing items, and shipping times needs a little work and attention.
Overall I'm happy, I own more than a few CDR pieces, and have encountered minimal issues.

I absolutely love all of my CDR items and will forever recommend them to people because the quality is amazing and I always feel beautiful in them even on days where I don't feel overly confident in my own skin. I discovered CDR when pregnant and loved that their clothes fit a few sizes so I could grow and not need to buy clothes to keep up with my pregnancy body. Post pregnancy I don't wear anything other than CDR as they are for me the best.

My only criticism is that customer service needs improving on as it's a little bit chaotic and when I had my own issue getting a reply was like bleeding a stone. Otherwise I can't really complain.

Bonjour ! I am à French girl who discovered the brand CDR a few months ago.
First of all, the products are amazing. DRESSES WITH POCKETS really are my life 🤩. I barely can’t wear anything else from now. The shape of the clothes are great, the designs are amazing, the fabric is so comfy. I really love the products and already can say I own a collection 😊. For the products I would put 5⭐️.
For the difficulties I have encounterd with the brand, it is more about customer service to be honest. I had an order refund without explanation. No way to rebuy the articles, they were sold out in my size of course. (And birthday presents for and from family in the order…). And several items not sent without explanation either refund. I had to contact by myself, asking what happened, and only then I got refunded. No explanation. I had a dress sent in the wrong size, I had a satisfying help for this, but only because I asked and proposed a solution by mylsef, so we could made a arrangement 🤷🏽‍♀️.
Shipping and taxes are expensive to send to France (not any fault of CDR) but these items not sent are still really a big disappointment 💔. I ordered them, sometimes choose to pay big fees because I really loved an item, buy a few more, but I will never have my favorite and only received the others... For the customer service I would put 2⭐️.
People working there seem nice, and I know they try to improve. I hope they will manage to do this, and all I will have to is give my money and enjoy amazing clothes !

I love this company and their clothing.
Only thing is I've had to chase several refunds due to items not being sent.
I've missed out on lots of dresses because was told they were sold out then they have been on sister site for less amount but sell out quickly it's all very frustrating.
I will continue to buy from them because their clothing is really fabulous and it's changed my wardrobe completely x

Customer service has gone down hill as has the quality, the stitching comes away easily and the fabric rubs away in the thigh area, I only get a couple of months out of each pair of leggings I buy now, this wasn't the case before, which makes me very sad as the designs are beautiful and they are my favourite unique design on the market! Customer service was very upsetting, I didn't feel valued and at times thought they were rude, I had to keep pestering for answers, being told they'd let me know, and after each week having to repeat all my details again and again, for no response, this went on for weeks. They marked it as on its way and I waited another week before messaging to be told it's marked as collected when they put it in the system but it hadn't been yet.. When my order finally arrived, I waited a while as I was being told the preorders were held up for some reason, something else I'd ordered had gone out of stock while I was waiting (which I didn't know until it had arrived, it was on a note) they didn't hold it for me 😞 refund promised, which you have to chase yourself on Facebook, because they do not automatically refund you when they send your parcel out with missing items. I hope they improve so I might start buying again, not all my experiences were bad but it only takes one truly terrible experience to lose a customer and I hope they take that on board in the future.

I used to be a regular customer, but in the end I got so fed up of long waiting times for my items to even reach royal mail, and quite often my items went missing and I had to keep contacting again and again, I've never known a company like it. I mean the clothes are amazing and can't be faulted. It's just getting hold of the items in the first place.

I used to wear a lot of CDR clothing. But the customer service is not good at all. Sending emails for returns...that are never replied to. Then when you question it on their Facebook page you get blocked! I had to go through my bank to get a refund.
I also find a lot of the designs are aimed at 10 year olds now..but that's just my opinion.
Strange that so many positive reviews after the owner requested reviews and a £50 giveaway.

Not a true reflection

I have bought from Carolina Dress Room for numerous years. I love the leggings and some of the prints are superb. I've always found the quality to be good, the material is very soft and size inclusive.
I do understand that others have mentioned customer service but I have personally never had an issue.
This is a small independent business coping with import challenges that even the big companies struggle with and I think they do a great job.
I love my wacky leggings, keep them coming!!

I really like the clothes as it's really comfy, although I think it runs a bit big. However, and this is a big however, I only buy secondhand now, as the people I've dealt online with either ignore your questions or are very rude and I have no desire to fund that.

Had a really lovely experience with CDR - my husband ordered me a dress but put in the wrong address. CDR were quick to respond, found his order and added it to one of mine so all the items arrived together. Really nice experience and top notch!

Only advice I'd offer is maybe have a central email address to deal with issues for both CDR and Miss Society. I was put down for the wrong size so emailed Miss Society. No response and by the time CDR got involved, the item had shipped and the correct size was sold out. Only bugbear about an otherwise great company!

The dresses are amazing, the quality is excellent and the designs quirky and fun. Delivery does take a while so it can be a bit frustrating waiting for them. Messages sent to them regarding my deliveries have always been answered within the 48 hours stated.

I started buying CDR in around 2019/2020, and the leggings are by far the most comfortable leggings I have ever owned. But, I have not purchased anything from the website since 2023 as in my opinion the quality has definitely dramatically decreased compared to what it was.

Over the years I had numerous issues with orders and trying to get hold of customer service (or the lack of it) was an absolute nightmare. Orders just didn't show up, being sent the wrong items on orders, preorders being cancelled or taking triple the amount of time to arrive. Email received no response - making getting anything refunded or returned an absolute nightmare. Had to join a Facebook group to get any reply - but often the Facebook messages are not replied to either. I gave up in the end and just sold on the incorrect items on the Facebook group or through Vinted.

I have mostly stopped reading the Facebook group. Any criticism of the owner or the items is often deleted from the comments, or comments just turned off to stop people saying anything negative. People commenting grievances on any post they can as their emails are being ignored. It's all exceptionally bad customer service. And as much as I love the old CDR items I own, I simply cannot continue to buy with such a dip in quality, and when the customer service is so dismal.

The owner of the business Tara, is now asking people to flock here and write reviews for her business and offering a monetary reward for doing so, which in my opinion is very unethical. If you write a review she will enter you into a £50 giveaway.

Instead of focusing on this maybe focus on actually improving your customer service and replying to customer queries, instead of deleting these issues and relying on your core group of supporters to silence any dissent.

I rarely wear anything else. Have tried most styles and designs in the last three years, from boxers to joggers and to amazingly soft blankets and dresses. The clothes are very comfortable, wash well and admittedly while prices have increased significantly over the last year, there are regular sales and special offers on Miss Society to counter this. The collection is constantly evolving. I have had a few issues with items missing from orders and agree the customer service method of bumping messages on fb messenger could be improved as it can be frustrating waiting days for a response. I was not a fan of pre orders either. On the whole recommend this amazing company. Their clothes are beautiful and am a regular and happy customer 😍

A long time customer of both CDR and Miss Society Sleaford. I'm going to separate my review into two parts because one deals with the items sold and one with customer service.

The products: 9/10
Perfect for anyone with sensory issues, the fabric is soft, stretchy and quickly dries. No ironing required and dries quickly. I found it wears and washes well and I've not had an issue with any fading in the last couple of years. They have an extensive range and it covers a lot of sizes. I do wish we could get some simpler or less busy designs though. That said 75% of my wardrobe is now CDR and I don't see that changing.

The only thing that prevents this from being a 10/10 is that sometimes I've had issues with the overlocking on seams and not having enough fabric in them - which causes it to come away form the seam resulting in holes. Easily fixable by a seamstress but a little disappointing when you pay £35+ a dress.

As others have mentioned, customer service has been letting the company down slightly, although I'm very pleased to see this now being addressed. I did have to chase up a refund for an OOS item but did eventually get it. Shipping times also aren't the fastest and it can be a little confusing to be given a Royal Mail 48 hour tracking number, that then sits in the warehouse waiting to be collected for 5 days. However as long as you don't expect or need your stuff ASAP, then I'm quite happy to wait for my orders to arrive and they come well packaged.

Natalie has recently been doing some live sales which I've found very (expensively) enjoyable. She's very personable on the videos and does a great job of keeping things moving and answering questions. It's also been very nice to put a "face" to one of the names we see a lot of on Miss Society.

Overall a great company that I think got a little overwhelmed with the new sudden demands of an expanding business. I will continue to buy from them and hope that they continue to listen to customer feedback and put a better infrastructure in place for dealing with queries that isn't just Facebook Messenger.

Bribing people with a £50 competition to increase good reviews

Carolina Dress Room has saved my wardrobe from bland and boring clothes. It's not easy to find well-made and actually comfortable clothes for big girls but CDR are amazing at it! They have such an amazing range of designs and styles that the only problem is budgeting for the new releases haha! Which is a nice problem to have.
Honestly, I love them, my wardrobe is pretty much 70% CDR (if not more....).
The fabric is soft, so comfy, and stretchy!
Yeah maybe could do with some lighter fabrics for the summer but as we're in the UK, the summer doesn't last long so they are pretty much perfect all year round.
Oh and perhaps most importantly... Their dresses have POCKETS!!!

I have purchased from Carolina dress rooms and Miss Society many times and every single purchase has been AMAZING! The dresses are super stretchy with lovely soft material and the majority of them have the added bonus of Pockets!
Carolina dress rooms customer service is fantastic, if I have needed to send anything back it has been an easy process. I would highly recommend Carolina dress rooms and Miss Society for the comfiest of clothes. If you follow the Facebook pages you can see what designs are coming and you can also be a part of some live sales.

Lovely items. Brilliant unusual prints that always get noticed. Comfortable soft fabric. Even my husband is a convert.
