Terrible!!

Terrible!!! They sent mats that have nothing to do with the sizing of my car and then say you have to send them back and pay a 35% restocking fee. Also, try to send a large box via FedEx or UPS to Denmark and the quotes I got, even for slow service, was $1600+. I’ve asked several times for a refund and then they just send you their “policy”. SCAM!!!!!!!!! They’ve offered “revised mats” after pressing them but the initial quality was so poor (pulled threads) it makes no sense to get them. I truly believe the reviews on their website are completely fake.

My husband found this company shortly…

My husband found this company shortly after I purchased a new Lexus NX hybrid. We have dogs and I was looking for something that would protect the entire truck/rear area including the back of the rear seats. This product looked promising. When it arrived we were both impressed with the design, easy installation and overall appearance. Super functional. I highly recommend.

I should have checked reviews first!

If this would let me do NO stars I would! I received mats that didn’t even come close to fitting my cargo area. They sent 2 more sets that were even worse and I still am out $350 with no product to use. They would rather send more useless mats than refunding my money. Zero customer service. Should be shut down and sued! I just need to know how to report them. Such a rip off!

Review of my new seat covers

The car mats I bought are really awesome. They look and fit great. The only thing I would change is the installation video. It just needs to be more complete with audio and visual. I bought front seats so they slipped over the seats but the back seat covers look more complicated to install so a better video is essential but I am very happy with the covers I have as they are a high quality product

Expensive Risk with Car Mats Customs

We ordered both floor mats and front seat covers for a 2021 Mustang GT. The floor mats were great but the seat covers did not accommodate the permanent shoulder belt harness.
We emailed carmatscustoms.com multiple times asking for advice on how to fit them with constant automated email responses that a technician would be reviewing our pictures and would respond. We only received advice to cut the seat covers ourselves. That solution was not acceptable to us and asked to return the seat covers for a refund. We continued to receive automated email responses without follow up from Car Mats Customs. We are very disappointed in their customer service. We like the floor mats.
If you purchase from this company, be prepared to keep whatever you order and expect zero assistance if you have any questions or issues. I do not recommend using them.

Don't waste your time or money

Don't waste your time or money! Terrible product! Terrible customer service! Restocking fee and you have to pay the international shipping in order to return them. Did not even come close to fitting the automobile ordered for. Very bad quality!!!

Worst company to deal with

Worst company to deal with they are not in The United States so say bye bye to your $$$$ they have all these positive reviews on their website but it’s a scam!! For $250 they don’t fit poor quality and not able to return them for a credit on your card, Thieves find a company in the US don’t use them!!!!

Took awhile to receive and when I got…

Took awhile to receive and when I got them they definitely aren't worth the $250 I paid! Front fits but clips don't line up to prevent sliding and the rear 1pc for my truck doesn't fit at all! Doesn't line up and it's short width wise. I'm not even looking forward to the fight with these to try to get my money back with their BS rules. I'm so mad that I bought these, avoid at all costs!!

Very Disappointed – Poor Quality Mats and Even Worse Customer Service

I had a terrible experience with Carmatscustom. The quality of the mats was extremely poor and definitely not worth the price. Within a short time, they started wearing out, so I reached out to customer service to request a replacement under their so-called warranty.

At first, I was told I’d need to pay $30 for shipping for all 3 mats — even though it clearly stated in our chat that I shouldn’t have to pay anything under warranty. Still, I agreed to the $30 just to resolve the issue. But then, two days later, when I asked how to make the payment, I was suddenly told I now needed to pay $70 instead.

I reminded the representative that we had agreed on $30, and I even had the chat history to prove it. Despite this, they refused to honor the agreement and just ignored the previous conversation.

This kind of dishonest behavior and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend Carmatscustom to anyone — poor product quality, misleading warranty terms, and completely unreliable customer service.

Cheap lies

Husband got me these as a present. Not only are they not custom they are cheap (actual price tag on item said 19.99). They don’t fit at all! The fabric is inconsistent and fades in some sections. They are giving us the run around for returning. Not worth the cheap quality, poor customer service and false claims.

Avoid wasting your time and money. Their idea of “custom” is laughable, and their customer service is non-existent.

I ordered a single custom car mat as a test before committing to a full order of 16. It arrived — and it does not fit my vehicle. I immediately contacted the company, provided clear photographic evidence of the mismatch, and expected a basic level of customer service in return.

Instead, I received a dismissive response stating their “design team says it fits,” completely ignoring the clear proof that it does not. Since then? Radio silence. No follow-up, no apology, no attempt to rectify the issue.

This company claims to offer custom products, but based on my experience, they seem far more invested in denying fault than actually delivering what they promise. If this is how they treat a customer trying to place a bulk order, I can only imagine the nightmare of dealing with them on a larger scale.

Avoid wasting your time and money. Their idea of “custom” is laughable, and their customer service is non-existent.

Do not do business with this company!

The below is the email I sent the company regarding a 4.2025 purchase. Do not buy anything from this company.

"Extremely disappointed with not only the product; but also with the overall customer service. I originally ordered seat covers from a different vendor; based in Asia for $125. When I received the item, I did not like them (they were not a snug (tight) fit) so I returned them.

When I ordered seat covers through the company; I was expecting that since I paid $299, that the overall quality would be better.

When I received my order; I was greatly disappointed as they were almost identical to what I had previously bought from an Asian vendor. The only difference with your product is that it had a small embroidered emblem on the front seat covers. In addition, there were no installation instructions & had to contact the company to get. I received from the company with a YouTube video link; which was in Chinese, which makes me only assume that your products are probably Asian manufactured.

When I reached out stating that I was going to return the them; I was given an incomplete address. When I contact the company asking for the COMPLETE address & a phone, I was given the address & was told that "no phone number can be given at this time".

When I inquired about returning the products "Jane" was quick to state "Please note that you will be responsible for the return postage, duties, taxes, and packaging costs, as Car Mats Customs does not provide return shipping labels." I paid $130 to ship the items back to the company; but yet just received the item back. It is obvious that the items were not accepted by the company. Absolutely ridiculous! I will be writing about this negative overall experience that I have with your company."

They knowingly ripped me off

They knowingly ripped me off. Wrong size sent..$500 was the price in January. It was a horror show all around. Wells Fargo wouldn't help as usual. They're in China, not Denmark. Extremely upset and had to eat $500

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Mats are nothing impressive like made out to be online. Mats not custom to
my vehicle. To return have to pay international shipping which
costs more than the mats and a restock fee. Definitely, paid too much for nothing.
